Brisket rigatoni 1/5 rubbery brisket texture, no truffle flavor as promised in the menu truffle parmesan fries 3/5 okay fries and okay parmesan. nearly nonexistent truffle flavor rosmary peasant bread 4/5 hands down the best item on their menu. atmosphere 2/5 confusing method of operation but friendly staff. Please don't fire them. I originally went there with my girlfriend specifically because we had a coupon for free truffle parmesan fries. It was expired and we didn't notice. Thats fine. I ordered it anyways. It was mediocre. For people who don't often go to this place there is an express line and some items can only be ordered from that line. Truffle fries and brisket rigatoni are two of them. The brisket rigatoni is something that was just appalling. A big plate of s word is still s word. The chefs, and macaroni grill leadership can not honestly tell me they are proud of that item on the menu. Rosemary bread which I thought was complimentary was $1 extra. Overall a confusing ordering system and seemed disorganized. Food and the empty restaurant clearly show a struggling franchise. I hope they increase flavor, texture, and decrease portion size. Had I not ordered the bread, the place would be a 2 star. In reality it averages out to 2.5 star but I have to round up since google doesn't allow half stars. This place is a glorified Olive Garden.

Great Service. Very attentive. About the blandless, I would suggest to them to try bay leaves and a little bit more garlic.

Our server Maria was very attentive. Everyone at our table enjoyed their meals. Usually forget that I have one back in Utah that I can go to. After hitting this one I'll be seeing how the local one measures up to this one.

Really nice casual place. The food is consistently very good. Some times you are treated to an operatic waiter. It's nice to eat here.

Terrible food. Everything was greasy and lacked flavor. Service was subpar. Very slow even though the restaurant was not busy. I will never return.

Service was very slow even though the restaurant was practically empty. It took at least 20 minutes for the server to check on our table each time. Food was subpar and tasteless, even the salad was disappointing. I will not be a returning customer.
