I order the individual deep dish pizza. Often times, it is very dry. I have always loved the restaurant since it opened at this location around 1980. It is going downhill. I think they need to train their chefs.

Not a fan of the new touch screen devices they've installed. The service is always friendly, and the food is always good.

Went with my wife when it was super busy due to all of the outages caused by the hurricane. The hour wait wasnt a problem at all, we expected it since everyone was out to dinner that night. Our problems started after we sat down. We noticed the 2 waitresses in our area were serving and attending to everyone EXCEPT us. People that had arrived 15-20 mins after us were being served drinks, and we didnt even get a "hello". We finally went to the manager, and she came and attended to us right away. We got our food after waiting about 40 mins, and then waited for our bill. After waiting another 30 mins, the waitress (Harmony) that completely ignored us (along with another waitress who must have passed us about 10 times) the whole time we were there came over, took our plates, and told me wife she would box up her leftovers. She came back with no leftovers, and handed us the bill. They had to nerve to charge us for EVERYTHING. Needless to say my wife marched over and told the manager about how poor the service was, and we walked out without having to pay a dime. Won't be going back here ever again.

This place is awesome! The food i so delicious, the staff is friendly, and they renovated the place to look sleek and modern. They have touch screen devices ("Ziosks") on every table so you can play games while you wait for your food and you can even order appetizers and pay your bill on it! Definitely an underrated restaurant in my opinion.

14 July 2011, at around 12:20, we dined at this restaurant. $16 seafood combo didn’t even make me, a 140 pound Asian, feel half full. Especially when the server seemed to have very bad memory, and “accidentally” forgot the shrimp in my Salmon, Haddock and SHRIMP combo, and mashed potatoes in my son’s Sirloin and Shrimp combo. When we noticed that the mashed potatoes were mission, it was when we have almost finished all the food. When we did ask for the mashed potato, not only did the server reply without any sense of regret, she had the audacity to ask us if we still wanted it since we were already almost done with the meal. So not only did we not tip this “forgetful” server, we will also never visit this restaurant again.

During my Lifelilne Visit to Boston, it was my first dinner near Crown Plaza hotel. The steak I ordered was so delicious and amazing!
