Less than a week after my blog post about it the 1st lawsuit for it is filed. This is something the American Society of Plastic Surgeons (ASPS)​ is going to have to study because it's unlikely the manufacturer will reveal the true occurrence rate or how to prevent it.

Most US health insurance policies specifically deny coverage of tummy tucks to treat back pain. This refutes that policy so more health insurance companies will eventually have to cover the surgery.
