I want everyone to know I am not a happy camper. I purchased a 2016 Ram Limited crew cab vehicle. First problem I encountered was my seat heat was barely working, they supposedly check it out and told me that it was all the warmer it gets. As it turned out, I happen to mention it when I was in for another problem and they fixed the seat heat, so ,I have to assume someone was blowing smoke. Next problem was a water leak, that they said they put a hose on the windsheild all day and could not find anything wrong. After coming back again for the leak, I had taken pictures of where the water leak was coming from. they finally fixed it. The next thing was another water leak on the opposite side of the driver compartment. Once again they could not reproduce the leak. I pointed out were it was showing up. Once again they had to keep my vehicle. They had to tear out the headliner to find where the leak was coming from. They found the roof window was the culprit of course they had to order it. When it came in a week later, I took my truck in again, and once again had to leave it. They finally fixed that leak. I got my truck back and was driving home and my interior light in the back seat fell down and was hanging by the wires. I thought they hadn't installed it properly, I had to bring my truck back in again, only to find out they had broken the light when they reinstalled the headliner, of course they didn't know they had broken it.Right. My last problem is that they can't seem to get one. It has been six weeks at this time, still no answer as to when I will get the light replaced. They claim the vehicle is to new and they don't have a part number in the system so they can't order it. I hope Chrysler gets their computer system upgraded before I have to trade. It has been so much fun owning a Chrysler Product. I am almost ready to trade it in on a new Chevy and take my losses. To sum everything up, the vehicle is substanded quality and I don't appreciate being treated to a line of smoke when I have a problem. One thing on their side,is they do give me a loner each time. TODAY IS THE DAY FOR ME TO GET MY LIGHT FIXED, THEY ARE TAKING IT OFF ANOTHER TRUCK. MAYBE KNOW I CAN BEGIN TO LOVE MY TRUCK. THANKS BOB MARIANO.

I contacted this dealer after seeing a used car on their site I had been searching for. I made an appointment with them, and planned on seeing a similar vehicle directly afterward. I never made it to the second one! I was greeted by Alex, who I had made the appointment with, and he introduced me to Donna, who would be taking care of me. I have had poor experiences in the past with purchasing vehicles, but this was a very pleasant and genuine one. Donna was very welcoming, not overly pushy, asked me the right questions, sought to understand what I was looking for and what it would take to make a deal, and walked me through the process explicitly, without ever speaking "down" to me. And Tim, the sales manager, was a dream when it came to numbers. Everyone was just a delight to talk to. My boyfriend recently purchased the same vehicle (2012 Jeep Liberty), and said that if I had made my purchase first, he would have returned to make his here as well. What made it that much more impressive was that as I was driving my vehicle home that evening, I heard a small noise on the right side. My boyfriend took it back to the dealership during his lunch the next day. They took it in to the shop, loaned him a car so he could get back to work, and had it ready for pick up shortly after lunch. From start to finish, it was, in fact, almost fun to sign my life away!

I wanted to take the time and let everyone know about the recent great experience I had at this dealership.I want people to know that yes they are a new jeep and dodge store, however they have a great selection on pre-owned vehicles. I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord with only 38k miles. The experience was hands down the best. Tim ( Sales Manager) great. He got my financed with a great rate. I highly recommend this dealership

Most horrible sales experience ever! I wish to not go any further on that, as I could destroy this review with our experience that day. However, it was a huge clearance sale with traveling salesman. With my 20 years in the automotive business I understand the business very well, so I chose to give the dealer another chance after the purchase and the sales manager kept his word on items promised. Three days after purchase the transmission failed, vehicle was promptly towed to shop and I was given a loaner vehicle, I was kept up to date with replacement of transmission repair by service and sales. Service always does what is asked of them, the first time correctly! My only wish would be for them to have the ability to perform a wash and vac after repairs. That is a nice service provided by many other dealers.

I bought both of our family's vehicles from Bob Mariano's Jeep and we love the vehicles. The service department has done a good job of treating us right when we needed service. From oil changes to general maintenance to parts needs, they have been a pleasure to deal with. They have been and will continue to be my first and last stop when looking to purchase a new vehicle.

Purchased a used BMW from this dealer a couple of months ago. While Gordy was a pleasure to deal with as a sales person, I'm definitely disappointed with their conduct after the sale. The car came with a 3,000 mile /90 day warranty. I had the car for a couple of months before the weather got cold. I noticed that the heat wasn't working correctly the first couple of really cold mornings. I scheduled my first oil change and had the heat problem diagnosed at the BMW dealer. I was well within the 90 days of the purchase date, but a few hundred miles over the 3,000. For that reason, they decided they would do nothing for me on the repair. I'm surprised that they wouldn't offer to take care of the customer (maybe even split the repair bill?) in order to save the dealership a few hundred bucks. On top of that, I asked for a manager to call me back so that I could provide more info about the problem and work something out. That was 2 days ago and I haven't received a call yet.

I called yesterday morning for a price @ availability, for a rear parking brake plate for 2007 Ram giving the last 8 to the vin. I was told 289.85 each. I called another Dodge dealer 145.75 part number 52113468AE Each Today I called Bob Mariano Dodge parts, I asked for a price @ availability for part number 52113468AE 222.53 each - maybe if I call again the price will drop my back ground I worked - 3 yrs for Cadillac dealer - 5 yrs for Golf Chevy Alfa dealer , - 6 years at Nashua Toyota
