In a post Google Reader world, the knee jerk reaction is to sit and list out the reasons to be angry at Google. There’s the fact the service is gone, the fact you can’t get your data easily from them, and a myriad of other things.

Another knee jerk reaction is to try to make a rival product for a now dead system. If this is you, you would spend between 3 and infinity months writing software for a somewhat crowded market, filled with par...

Someone made some fancy java bindings so that they could use the Growl framework. Pretty neat stuff.

Pros - convenient location - they take most stuff. - generally no line. Cons - They do not keep consistent hours for the time change. - The staff is generally rude and always on their phones. - They close half an hour before the posted close times. Sometimes they even close sooner. It depends on when they feel like working. Any place I have worked at closes when the time is posted. I'm not sure why they feel so special. - Calling the city about any problems is pointless and a waste of time. The west park location is quick and you don't have to get out of your car. This location handles more types of waste, has almost no lines and does get the job done. It's really annoying though.

A few years ago spoke with a sales guy who said he had the car we wanted on the lot. Showed up, he then proceeded to waste an hour of our time and then come to find out he wants to charge 300 dollars to have the vehicle shipped from Katy. The guy lost the sale, we walked out.
