CVS is great for a lot of things - from food to medicine, from toys to greeting cards. This CVS Pharmacy is located in a nice location. There is always friendly staff. Also, the pharmacists are very knowledgeable and prescriptions are ready very soon after they are placed. CVS has a great variety of candies in case you are every having a craving like I sometimes do. Lines at checkout are fast and the store is organized and clean.

I have been coming to this pharmacy once a month (at one point it was once a week) ever since I got sick 3 years ago. The pharmacy staff has always treated me very well and made me feel like part of the CVS family. Unfortunately, the pleasant atmosphere ended when they hired a Pharmacist by the name of Robert Owens. I have never seen a store employee treat customers so poorly. He had erroneously filled a Rx with the incorrect number of pills. Honest mistake, I understand they work long hours and slip-ups happen. When I brought the bottle in to inform him of the mistake he became very irate at the suggestion that he made a mistake. He told me that he never makes mistakes and triple counts the pills. I am sure he did triple count the pills, unfortunately he triple counted 60, not 90. He maintained that the missing pills were in some way my fault and offered me no help. This was right after Christmas and my doctor was out of town. I have never felt so helpless in my life. You would think, of all people, you would be able to trust a pharmacist to give you the correct medicine at the correct dose, but that just isn’t the case. In fact, the way he acted toward my dilemma made me question his integrity as a pharmacist. I called corporate and they told me that mistakes like that happen and he should have filled the missing pills. Luckily, a different pharmacist was working the next day and she fixed his problem and was very nice and apologetic about his behavior. I just wanted to warn other customers that if Robert Owens is the pharmacist on duty when you drop off your prescription, make sure you double check that it was filled properly or else you could be stuck without the medication you need. Better yet, bring it back later when another pharmacist is on duty.

My experience with the store itself has been ok. The pharmacy was another thing. The Pharmacy Technician, I believe his name was Adam, looks like an eighteen year old with long shaggy hair. He was sarcastic, rude, and inappropriate. Since he was also acting highly confident, he seems to think that all of these things about him are great! I asked if he would be able to change a $100 bill, he responded that he could rip it in half for both of us and draw a fake one. I erroneously referred to him as a Pharmacist, to which he corrected me by comparing himself to a drug runner who gives people their drugs and takes their money. Also in regards to his job, he stated that he was trying to "move up" - he heard McDonald's was hiring! His tone was completely sarcastic and not at all amusing, plus he was speaking loud and turning to the other two men he was working with to see their reactions. I am only 25 years old so perhaps he thought his behavior was going to fly with me. I have never been spoken to like that by someone behind a pharmacy counter. Completely unprofessional. Needless to say I will be transferring my script to another location.

Didn't have my RX available. It was pulling teeth to get pharmacy to do something. They said they would order it. Went back and it still wasn't in. I checked with Costco and immediately they said my RX was not even available in 10MG. CVS did not know this? Poor customer service, blonde with longer hair is very aggrivated most of the time.
