The absolute lack of engagement by the staff and doctors was underwhelming. From the moment I called for an urgent matter and the staff told me the next available appointment wasn't until 3 weeks later to the complete lack of engagement by my doctor over the 10 days leading up to my appointment, it was a disappointment. When I finally made it to my appointment, 3 weeks after my initial call, I get to sit in the waiting room only to be ignored by a receptionist - no greeting, nothing and I'm the only one in the waiting room. I finally go up and ask her if I need to sign in and she says, "yeah, here" and gives me a form to sign at 3:50. At 4:00 I'm ushered into the room and an assistant comes in and takes my blood pressure. She leaves a few minutes later and said the Doctor will be with you shortly. At 4:48 I walk out to the receptionist and let her know I'm leaving, when the doctor pulls me aside and says, oh I'm sorry. Not one person stepped into that room and said, hey we're running late, etc. If you are into crappy patient service, then I would recommend Everyday Wellness Clinic. If you want a better experience, you might want to go someplace else.
