Plush rooms mixing classic and contemporary style, plus European dining and a lounge bar.- Google
"Great location and quiet, and a very short walk to the fun Shepherd Market area."

Loved it. Stayed there 2014. Charming London boutique hotel. Just enough discomfort to realize you're not in the US anymore. Prefect dining room on site. No matter when we returned from touring, the dining room could prepared something before bed! Fond memories!

Great location. Staff friendly but not particularly attentive. Much of the decor was tired but not offensive. Fantastic water pressure. My breakfast was fine, my dad's wasn't. I'd stay again for the price.

small and dated rooms; the halways look old. However that was not the worst part, that was the service. There is very limited room for breakfast, so as breakfast is included you can't have any as there is no table available. the staff and especially the front desk did not do anything to help or offer an apology for this inconvenience. we got a very rude you will just have to wait! how long they could not say as most table were just occupied. we decided to have breakfast somewhere else. on checkout I asked for a discount because I was not able to have breakfast which I did not get because it was included in the price and I did not want to wait. so breakfast is included on availability is what they should advertise! terrible experience and hotel, would not recommend to anyone...

Simply awful! Booked a king, recieved a queen. No hot water for a shower, hope you like it luke warm. Sink bathroom sink wouldn't drain. Sway back bed. No top sheet. Bottom sheet, comforter and blanket - gross! Air con functions intermittently, if at all, leaving the room hot and unsleepable in warm weather. One functional outlet in the room to charge phones, etc. hidden under the desk. Rooms are in dire need of updating (grungy unstretched carpet, falling apart furniture, horrible loud and uncomfortable beds, ancient mattress, etc). To describe this hotel as "deferred maintenance" would be far too kind. Not even a hot shower, really?! Staff is cordial, but completely unaccommodating and speak limited English. I can't possibly understand any of the good reviews, we found NOTHING they said to be true. Stay ANYWHERE but here, one of the absolute worst hotels we've ever stayed at.

Great value given the location - decor is a little tired - could do with a refresh, but overall a good hotel. Breakfast was decent .

Appalling!!! Have worked in Hotels for much of my early career and can honestly say this is the worst Hotel i have ever seen. I have taken photographic evidence of how shockingly bad the room was. The stroppy madam on the checkin desk did not help either. I only gave this a star because you have to to submit your review.
