So the Better Facebook plug-in [for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Opera and Greasemonkey] was just updated to make Facebook's friend lists more visible when posting an update, akin to the Circles feature on G+. This plug-in, grouped with Facebook's lists feature, gives much better control over the privacy of your updates than even G+ does (Excluding is just as important as including, +Vic Gundotra +Bradley Horowitz )

I don't think it'll be long before Facebook implement this simple change themselves, without the circle references, and take away from Google+'s biggest selling point. Though G+ still holds a slight advantage in their Circles feature in that it forces you to put people into circles in the first place, whereas Facebook gives you the option to put a person into a list when you add them, or they add you.

Give it a whirl yourself: http://betterfacebook.net/

Note: The feature to group people into lists and include/exclude them from updates has always been available on Facebook, it's just not as obvious as the Circles implementation you find on G+. Although when you add someone on Facebook, or they add you, you are given the option to drop them into a list. So if changing the levels of broadcasting is such a big deal, why aren't people creating these lists on Facebook when prompted? Could it be that the average social network user really doesn't care? Or is the Circles UI that revolutionary (Copyright © 2011 Steve Jobs) that it'll change people's minds about sorting their "friends"?

Found a great little way to update your Facebook status from G+, without any add-ons.

1) Visit https://www.facebook.com/mobile/ and grab the e-mail under 'Upload via email'
2) Create a new circle called Facebook and add the e-mail address
3) Whenever you want to share a status from G+ to FB, simply add your 'Facebook' circle to the update

YouTube increased their video limit to 10 hours and the Internet responded with this. Incredible.

Somehow I don't see my friends moving over to G+ from Facebook. Good effort though, Google.

Lack of a "wall" sucks. Sort it out, +Vic Gundotra.
