Patti gave the Best Pedi I have ever had! Amazing!! Will definitely be going back. The shellac manicure was great too. All of the staff members were friendly, no complaints.

I tried this salon on a livingsocial deal. AWFUL! I got a "spa" package which sounded too good to be true and was a complete let down. Getting the appointment was obstacle number 1. They DO NOT answer the phone. I had to drive there to get the appointment the same week. When I got there... crickets. Sure only on employee on staff but the place was not even busy. The actual services were not much better than their phone skills. The cut/hair experience was awful. She basically cut across the back and chopped off my length. Asked for long layers, nothing. The 15$ conditioning treatment involved her putting conditioner in my hair and walking away for 5 minutes. The spa "manicure" and "pedicure" CRAP! They basically have the plug in spa at home machines rub for 5min (if you are lucky). They don't scrub or trim away extra icky skin on toes or push down cuticles for mani. The actual painting part leaves much to be desired as well. Does not look professional at all. So, I could have gone to Supercuts gotten a better cut and a mani/pedi at the corner and had a significantly better experience. No, I could have done the job myself and saved 75$. And yes, I did get a glass of wine, which is the only thing that kept me from ripping them a new one while getting the service. It was not worth making a stink about it at the time. Not worth the drive, not worth the savings. Coupons are for things you don't need ... like a bad haircut

I went to the Salon at Bear Creek on my birthday, getting the full package spa deal (facial, hair cut, manicure, pedicure, massage). It was a great experience, and I left feeling great. Extra kudos to Stephanie the nail tech who not only gave me extra time on my manicure and pedicure, but also spoiled me with birthday wine and chocolate, and even surprised me with a birthday card when I came out of my massage. This place gets it right when it comes to customer service, and I would recommend any of the professionals here for a great experience!

Would not even waste your money if you are thinking about trying with a Groupon or for that matter without. While trying to make an appointment, I was lucky to speak to the manager Derek, who was discourteous and brash, which is a great precedence of the salon. I had been trying to make an appointment for 3-4 months now and was unable to get in. At this point I was a little frustrated when I was told again, that I could not get an appointment. Derek just gawked and said it was because of Christmas and was unapologetic and could not care less when I told him this had been an ongoing thing, since September! The words customer service do not speak greatly at this establishment.

I went after purchasing the Eversave facial/mani/pedi/cut/gloss package... And I have to say, I wish I didn't live almost 40 minutes away or this would be my go-to salon. I started with a facial with Carla. Very sweet, very thorough, the facial was one of the most relaxing spa experiences ever. I didn't want it to end. Then I got my mani/pedi with Kim, who admitted she was a bit messy with nail polish. She was a hoot and a half, and I enjoyed my nail and toe color immensely... She also gave me a glass of wine which boosts the whole place up in my estimation. Then I got my hair cut and colored by Brenda. I was only planning on getting the gloss with the package, but ended up getting a new highlight as well because they give a discount if you purchase the service that day. She did a great job with the highlights, which I am very picky about. And a great job on my hair, and discussing my options for making my ends a little less frazzled. Overall, everyone was EXTREMELY nice. I have never had that positive of a spa experience before, usually someone is rushing you or too cranky. The products and services were worth paying more than I did, and I will definitely go back.

When you imagine the words SPA, PAMPER &RELAXATION what comes to mind? Fabulous tingly feelings right? How about having an discourteous & inexperienced staff member "pamper" you? Refuse to perform the services offered in their "SPA PAMPER PACKAGE?" The Salon at Bear Creek will be pleased as a punch to rip you off. Let's start with the un-kept appearance of the salon and offensive language spoken from "professional" staff member to another. Cursing while customers are in the store amongst yourselves is disrespectful? The appearance is filthy, and the smell was foul like Body Odor. This so called salon/ spa certainly lacks professionalism. As for my dreadful experience, first up was the European facial valued at $75. Ashley a "certified" skin care consultant rushed the entire process. She half-assed my facial, refused to do extractions (which is included in the description.) I wasn't even warned that a scolding towel will be pressed to my face, burning my eyelids! While she lazily exfoliating my face, i told her that some product seeped in my eye. It was cleaned out with a rough towel. (do they not believe in fabric softener?!) During the extractions in which she was hesitating to do, she proceeded to be incredibly rough with my skin & both of eyes were watering from the pain. I told her twice that it was hurting. She didn't seem to care. Lastly, she sloshed a Vitamin C mask that ran into my nose, my right eye & left for a smoke break? Touching someones face after you smoke without washing your hands first is absolutely revolting, and unsanitary! Currently we are working with the promotion company called JINTU PROMOTIONS for a full refund. I feel so bad for my boyfriend who thought this would be the greatest x-mas gift ever. At minimum I was expecting somewhat of a luxurious spa-like experience which was described on the pamphlet. This place is an absolute joke.
