Welcome to the Discomfort Zone! Embrace the squirming, itching, aches, and pains. Welcome the noises and aggravations. By focusing on your body's minor aches or annoying noises around you, you learn how you respond to life's irritations. Once you realize this, you can begin to soften around such irritations.
