I've put this in politics because one of the major point of the article is that US Special Forces have become"the Easy button" for US foreign policy. The absence of a clear and well thought out strategy is being mitigated by the availability of a lethal force than can be used quickly, and with little fanfare anywhere on the globe. The article notes that for the past couple of years, the large majority of US casualties have been in Special Forces units. Also noted, after the Niger ambush, Congress has limited knowledge of what all of these troops are actually doing and where they are deployed. If we truly value their service, shouldn't we take more care in where and how we ask them to serve?

Elections matter. Votes matter.
Republican elites are pushing through their agenda while the president acts a fool. Democrats must organize to ensure that Americans register and vote in large numbers and end Republican rule. Railing about Trump’s immaturity, ignorance, and instability won’t get it done.

Better make sure your smart bag qualifies as a carry-on. Some airlines will not allow them to be checked and stored in the hold.

Natives more often call them "Lexus Lanes". Anyone with a compliant wallet can basically pay to avoid traffic congestion. The toll rises along with the number of vehicles on the road.

According to exit polls, the number one issue was healthcare.

Something for Congress to think about.

Data, storage, analysis, and networking is a lot more important to Formula One teams than many might assume. Over a thousand metrics recorded real-time during the race on a continuous basis, stored and transmitted to trackside engineers. 500GB collected during a typical race weekend. All with equipment that needs to be moved on almost a weekly basis. Qualcomm is testing potential 5g wireless equipment there too.
