Let me start by saying I've been taking my cars to this shop for over 10 years. The head mechanic, Rick, is excellent. That said, I will never use them again. Over the last eight years I've had to replace the tie rod bushings on my 2000 Chrysler 6-7 times. I've always felt that was questionable but I just chalked it up to a bad design on the car. Two years ago they replaced my belts and within six months the belt basically exploded and had to be placed again. Two years ago (18,000 miles) I paid them over $2000 for a new suspension and within 16 months I started getting a popping sound every time I turn the wheel. I thought that was the tie rod bushings again. I finally took the car into the shop last week and yes the steering bushings were again bad, but it turns out that was not the problem causing the popping sound. I took the car back as they clearly failed to correctly diagnose the problem and Rick determined that it was my left front strut. The same strut that they just recently replaced. I asked Rick if it was normal for a strut to fail that quickly and he said no, but that until recently, they had a service manager who made them use low quality parts. Let me translate that. The head mechanic told me they had been putting crap on my car. That would explain why the bushing have failed so many times, why the belts exploded and why the strut failed. The strut only has a 12 mo warranty so they want to charge me another $200 to replace the crap they installed on my car the first time. I demanded to speak to the owner, but he couldn't be bothered as he was in Florida fishing. He offered to give me the part at cost and not discount on the labor. This is the LAST time I will ever use these guys. They are not trustworthy and have lost a lifelong customer.
