Great rant to Merseyrail by Tony Cliffe. Needed toning down just a tad as it really was rather vitriolic!  Funny though!

You know what?  I have no bloody idea how to use Google+ so please bear with me whilst I get the hang of it!

Hi everyone. I you have any funny stories relating to bad customer service, please share them with Dear Customer Relations. I collect funny complaint letters and would love to read yours. The best get posted on the website and the very best will be included in the forthcoming book: www.unbound.co.uk/books/dear-customer-relations
Thank you.

Well I guess it's better late than never. About time that Dear Customer Relations had a presence on Google+ so here it is. No idea at this stage how much interaction there will be here but I'll link as much content as I can from the other platforms and we'll just see what happens shall we....

In the meantime, as you've managed to get here, perhaps you would consider supporting the Dear Customer Relations book - A Collection of the World's Most Hilarious Complaint Letters - which is currently being funded at crowd-funding publishers, Unbound. The book won't get to print until its funding target is reached and everyone who supports the project gets their name printed in every edition of the book. They'll also have plenty to laugh about when they read it!

So please, support the project. You can buy an e-book for as little as £10 or choose from a selection of other pledge levels.

Thank you!

I suppose this is the letter that started it all. If so many people hadn't asked me to read this letter to them, I would never have decided to put a few letters on line and Dear Customer Relations would never have been born...
