How to Save Your Reputation From Going Down The Toilet

People have, for so long, associated the word dirty with politics. Currently, when viral videos and internet memes abound, the link between the two aforementioned words has been further established, as a result giving crisis management specialists or dirt sweepers if you like, many jobs to take on. Can Anyone Develop Leadership Skills?

Sir Alex Ferguson was a gifted player, but some critics may say that he was not a great player. Then again, Ferguson has done rather well as manager of Manchester United. Arsene Wenger of Arsenal and Jose Mourinho, formerly of Chelsea, could be in this same category.

The same principle applies in business. A person may be a brilliant engineer but that does not mean that s/he can become a brilliant leader of other engineers. The engineer in question might well be an exceptionally talented individual, but only when his/her leadership skills balance with technical skills will that person become an exceptional  Read Full Article>> http://ow.ly/pfxYq
