LAWZ JUSTICE: FBI Director James Comey Engaged In Massive Cover Up Of Obama And FBI’s Illegal Surveillance Of Millions Of American Citizens, Chief Justice Of The United States Supreme Court, Other Justices, 156 Judges, Prominent Businessmen, And President Donald Trump.
House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes told President Trump that he obtained documents PROVING the FBI spied on Trump and his staff. Now we just found out the probable source of these leaked documents! Former DOJ prosecutor Larry Klayman sent a letter telling Nunes that a CIA whistleblower had contacted him with 47 hard drives and 600 million images that PROVE Obama and Comey spied on Trump and many others! Klayman went on Live TV to drop this bombshell and explain how James Comey is engaged in a MASSIVE COVER-UP! Click on the link below to Watch and then SHARE on Facebook because the mainstream media won’t cover it! As General Counsel for Freedom Watch, previously the founder of Judicial Watch, and a former federal prosecutor at the United States Department of Justice, Larry Klayman Petitioned the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence to have Chairman Devin Nunes and the Committee, question Federal Bureau of Investigation ( “FBI”) Director James Comey about illegal and unconstitutional surveillance of American Citizens, such as the Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, other justices, 156 judges, prominent businessmen, and President Donald Trump. Larry Klayman incorporated by reference an article he wrote which appeared in Newsmax on Sunday, March 19, 2017, explaining his efforts to have the Committee question FBI Director James Comey about what is supposed to be an on-going investigation of materials and testimony provided by whistleblower Dennis Montgomery , former NSA Central Intelligence Agency ( “CIA”) contractor. According to Larry Klayman, neither Chairman Nunes nor anyone else on the Committee raised the serious questions that he suggested be posed to FBI Director Comey at the hearing on March 20, 2017. Larry Klayman stated in his March 21, 2017 letter to Chairman Nunes that, “ In the interest of justice and a full hearing of the important issues before it, these questions must be asked in open session at the subsequent hearing now scheduled for March 28, 2017. Indeed, Chairman Nunes has asked that persons with important and relevant information come forward. That is exactly what whistleblower Dennis Montgomery has done, through me, his undersigned counsel.” Larry Klayman stated that, “There is a myriad of evidence, direct and circumstantial of the illegal and unconstitutional surveillance disclosed to the FBI by Montgomery and I do not need to belabor all of it here because it is currently contained in the FBI files. However, former NSA, CIA contractor Montgomery holds much of the roadmap to “ draining the swamp” of this corruption of our democracy.” Klayman stated, Obama and Comey spied on Trump and many others, likely for coercion, blackmail, or other nefarious purposes. When Montgomery came forward as a whistleblower to congressional intelligence committees and various other congressmen and senators, including Senator Charles Grassley- Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, who, like Comey, pretended to have integrity, he was “blown off”. No one even wanted to hear what he had to say. Larry Klayman and Honorable Royce C. Lamberth of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, brought Montgomery forward to FBI Director James Comey, through his General Counsel James Baker. Montgomery produced the hard drives and later was interviewed under oath in a secure room at the FBI Field Office in the District of Columbia.
Montgomery’s treasure trove of information and interview with the FBI, laid out how persons like, President Trump were illegally spied upon by Clapper, Brennan, and the spy agencies of the Obama administration. He even claimed that these spy agencies manipulated voting in Florida during the 2008 presidential election, where illegal tampering resulted in helping Obama win the White House. Montgomery’s interview with the FBI, conducted and videotaped by Special FBI Agents Walter Giardina and William Barnett occurred almost, two years ago, and nothing has happened since. According to Larry Klayman, the FBI investigation was buried by FBI Director James Comey because the FBI itself collaborated with the spy agencies to conduct illegal surveillance. In landmark court cases which Larry Klayman filed after the revelations of Edward Snowden, the Honorable Richard Leon, a colleague of Judge Lamberth had ruled that this type of surveillance constituted a gross violation of the Fourth Amendment to the Constitution. See www.Freedomwatchusa.org The FBI Director James Comey stonewalled the investigation of the materials and testimony provided by Montgomery, in an effort to insulate himself, Obama, among others involved in very serious felonies. As a result of FBI Director Comey stonewalling the investigation, Larry Klayman repeatedly requested that Chairman Bob Goodlatte or his staff contact FBI Director Comey to inquire about the status of the investigation. However, Chairman Bob Goodlatte and his staff have not responded to Klayman to date. Larry Klayman, Chairman and General Counsel of Freedom Watch, requested that House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes respond to his March 21, 2017 letter by March 24, 2017, regarding whether or not Chairman Nunes and members of the Committee intend to investigate the full truth of Obama and FBI’s illegal surveillance of President Trump, his aides, millions of other Americans who have systemically had their Fourth Amendment and other constitutional rights to privacy violated. Also, to hold FBI Director James Comey accountable for obstruction of justice for his on-going cover-up of the FBI’s investigation of the materials and testimony provided by Montgomery.
In the interest of justice, these questions must be asked in open session at the subsequent hearing now scheduled for March 28, 2017.
House Intelligence Chairman Devin Nunes must ask FBI Director James Comey why he and his FBI have not moved forward with the Montgomery investigation while, on the other hand, the FBI Director recently claimed publicly, I believe falsely, that there is “no evidence” of surveillance on President Trump and those around him by the Obama administration. When there is clear evidence that shows illegal surveillance of millions of American Citizens, Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, other Justices, 156 Judges, prominent Businessmen, and President Donald Trump.
The American People have the right to know the full truth and to hold those accountable for their crimes. Obama, FBI, CIA, NSA, among other have committed the gravest Civil Liberties violation of all time.

Former DOJ prosecutor Larry Klayman won a landmark decision before the United States District Court for the District of Columbia before the Honorable Richard Leon preliminarily enjoining the illegal, warrantless, massive surveillance of American Citizens lawful residents within the domestic United States. See Klayman v. Obama, et al, 957 F. Supp. 1 ( D.D.C. 2013); Klayman v. Obama, et al, 142 F. Supp. 3d 172 ( D.D.C. 2015).

Edward Nigma: Wait! Now? As in just now? They are just realizing this? Where the fuck have you lot been for the last 14 fricking years!!!
Jon Morales: "Republicans...NOW...the more extreme party". Ya think? Haha!
These guys are bat shit crazy. Corporate America has coopted lunatics and the uneducated to push through their agenda on the back of meaningless and outdated "social issues."
Example abortion...settled law yet somehow they keep finding a way to revive that wedge issue over and over again.
Immigration...before the 2008 great recession began there was something like 5.4 % unemployment with the same number or even more illegal immigrants in the US. Now any educated person knows who was responsible for the great recession, yet corporate America distracted conservatives into thinking it was immigration and govt spending that caused the downturn in economy. So instead of fixing and regulating Wall Street, they have spent years demonizing immigrants and trying to destroy govt just to then point at it and say, "See! It's broken...let's dismantle it!"
Cyclical mindf*ck.
My god some people are just so ignorant and uneducated about obvious things that its rediculous.
To top it all off, conservatives have this "We are the persecuted ones" complex. They dominate the media, radio, most of Govt, corporate America, the largest religious institutions in the US, majority of State governments, etc. Yet they see themselves as persecuted victims.
Our country is in a world of shit with these folks.

I meant as a general statement, however got to researching and it's more embarrassing than I thought. The entire top 10 are all blue States and voted for Obama. The bottom 10 had nine vote for Romney. The only exception was Nevada. I'm a registered Republican and believe conservative means educated and we'll informed and thought out, but if you think the earth is 6,000 years old or prayer works over medicine, then your not a conservative. You're a fucking idiot.
Do a search for most educated states and least educated states.

Even once released from prison, formerly incarcerated people are often denied the right to vote, to go back to school, and to get a job.
Justice appears to have gone missing from the equation.
But, it doesn't have to be.

Wilma Jenkins: Yes, Sen. Booker, thank you for the REEDEM act. I hope and pray that it does not die.
Timothy Collins: Mark my words now - in the mid-2020's when Booker decides to run for president, he is going to be an unstoppable force. He's either not interested or just not ready to run right now, but given a few terms in the Senate he'll be ready...
John Sawyer: +Paul Grubbs The Attorney General has no control over this. As of now it is left up to the states. Congress can change that but probably won't.

The United States Congress is not a UFO cult. But its members are all too human, and the floors of its deliberative chambers offer exceptionally fertile ground for hatching all manner of prophecies, often of the frightening variety.

Juan garza: Well hell, and I thought they were doing it on purpose, it's a mental illness, and during reelection they can report back to their constituents ,that they fought the good fight. ...wait ,wait
That would mean whole areas of the country is infested with this human equivalent of mad cow disease. The walking dead😱

Spencer Knight: Of course they are. Liberals, like myself, won't worry too much about it. She probably shouldn't be using a personal email account for business, as it were, but it didn't strike me as an egregious error. Conservatives, particularly of the tea party variety, will probably hold hearings on it for quite literally the next 10 years.
Katie H.: Who cares? She's not the first to use their personal email in that office.

Park Ridge: +Timothy Collins, you don't know the text and can't cite the law because there isn't one.
It may be a breach of "protocol," but so what? It's people's fucking ignorance that is "making Hillary Clinton look bad."
It is strongly suggested that govt. folks use "official govt. email" on official govt. servers , but there is absolutely no law that requires one to do so.
You've obviously not worked in govt./public service for 5 minutes... Keeping your conduct of business away from staff is sometimes necessary.
But, I'm certain the rightwing will be pleased with your "analysis" of the matter...

Park Ridge: +Timothy Collins, why is using personal email a mistake? Because the rightwing can and is criticizing it? BWAAAAAHHHAAAAHHHAAAA!
The mistake is willingly and/or unwittingly becoming a tool for rightwing criticism by "yikes-ing" and "pointing out a mistake," which isn't a mistake!
It's a personal choice...a personal preference...she made. It is NOT a violation of the law. But, we're off to the rightwingnut races because our side gets sooo caught-up in hair-on-fire dumbfuckery at the slightest little thing!
Your being offended and feeling insulted is a direct function of your inability and/or unwillingness to carefully read what's been written, and instead jump to erroneous conclusions -- both about the Clinton matter and my remarks.

Incorrect. My personal offense comes from the fact that simply pointing out that Clinton made a mistake led you to :
1. Call me "rightwing"
2. Question my reading comprehension
3. Tell me that I am stupid
So, since you want to continue on the attack I can respond with this : We will not talk again. I have no interesting in discussing anything with a person that cannot even try to be evenhanded in a discussion.

zh11147: +Sam Arzhang Apparently government and the Senate are two separate things, and the President is involved in neither? Repunlicans are now migrants, (from where?) And are geriatric, despite the GOP electing the youngest Congressman of all time-and have younger senators than Democrats. In addition, hospitals in the USA are more efficient, must give a minimal of care, even if you cannot pay, and if you don't like insurance companies, why do you support Obama's healthcare plan, which forced people go pay thess companies?
Carl Arteaga: Thank goodness Barack Obama is the leader of the extraordinary United States of America. House Republicans have had every opportunity to consider, debate, and pass the comprehensive, BIPARTISAN immigration reform deal approved by the United States Senate not very long ago; they still have the opportunity, but instead, not only did they threaten to damage the Department of Homeland Security recently, they ALSO oppose the President's appropriate executive ACTION on URGENT immigration overhaul (!). Thanks for ZILCH, GOP! Mr. Obama's executive actions will begin to fix URGENT immigration issues; many undocumented immigrants who meet criteria, who have no criminal record, who are already helping the United States of America, its citizens, and its economy via their hard work, and who aim to stay in the United States, will be given the opportunity to properly do so. These individuals would have to pay a filing fee, submit themselves to a criminal background check, and pay taxes. These individuals should not have to fear deportation, and Mr. Obama's executive actions would allow immigration courts to focus their resources more quickly and robustly on deportations for people with suspected ties to terrorism, felony violence, and gangs.
Carl Arteaga: OBAMA ROCKS!! Thank goodness he is the leader of this extraordinary nation, the GREATEST on Earth! Unlike Vladimir Putin, whose despicable actions in Ukraine and Syria have damaged his country's economy, and turned Russia into an international embarrassment, unlike Congressional Republicans' inept obstruction and inaction on urgent Zika funding, immigration reform policy, Supreme Court nominees, and comprehensive legislation to bolster background checks to try and keep deadly firearms out of the hands of more criminals and the dangerously mentally-ill, unlike Republican property developer and aged spoiled brat Donald Trump, and his hate-mongering, selfish supporters, President Obama and his Administration are working very hard to find appropriate and effective resolutions to the myriad of difficult and complicated domestic and foreign matters of the moment! CLINTON 2016!! Mr. Obama's worthy aims, ongoing international efforts, and multiple achievements on behalf of the present and future well-being of the United States must be continued beyond January 20, 2017! It is up to US; myself, Democratic supporters, American demographics (most of which...Mexican-Americans, women, Americans with Muslim faith, Americans with disabilities...continue to be belittled, disparaged, and insulted by vile and bigoted, foul-mouthed Republican buffoon Trump), and RATIONAL Americans throughout this vast country, to HELP President Obama in any way possible throughout the next four months!

Dean Sorenmann: +Timothy Collins +Timothy Collins Your point is taken, but I absolutely disagree with it. The Senate has no power over foreign policy and none of them are Commander in Chief. So much power in creating law, but no power to enforce that law is derived in the Senate. The executive branch not only executes the law, it decides how to enforce it, if at all. So, I wish the Senator would run for President.
