Very fun place. Took my niece here this summer and she had a blast. She is 8 was able to ride most of the rides based on her size. The caverns are a neat attraction also, and a good way to get out of the heat. I would recommend it to anyone visiting the Glenwood area.

The Glenwood Caverns aka the "Fairy Caves" are really cool (literally too)! You definitely need to go check them out if you're in the Glenwood Springs area. To get up the mountain, you take a 10-minute gondola ride, which is pretty and very scenic. We only did the two caves, both of which are impressive and amazing. The lower cave (Kings) has a lot of steps in it. It is nice that you can take flash photography inside the caves. The caves are quite well-lit when on the tour. The tour guides themselves were hit or miss. Our first, Libby, was really fun and engaging. Each tour takes approximately 45-50 minutes. We only saw the caves, but that was well worth the trip up the mountain. Definitely recommended! Very cool

Go in the off season! That's what we did. We had the park practically to ourselves, and the snowy views were gorgeous.Don't worry about the cold- they have lts of indoor attractions. We especially enjoyed the alpine coaster and the cave tour. Our guide, Matt, was SO knowledgeable and friendly. The food was very reasonable for a theme park.

Great for family vacations! There were hardly any lines, staff was friendly, and was really a bargain for the amount of rides and things we did there. We went while it was snowing and still most of the rides were open. If you have to choose rides go with the alpine coaster, we must have rode it 10 times! The Best Western was a nice hotel to stay at as well. Highly recommend!

This was great and definitely well worth the money for the arm bracelet. It would especially be great if you have kids that love to ride rides. We didn't have any kids in our party but we still had a fun filled afternoon here. The 2 caves were awesome and our guide Tess was well knowledgeable, good with kids that asked a lot of questions, and you could definitely tell that she was very into her job which is always good. The rides were pretty great too. My favorite was the alpine coaster. I also road the coaster at the top of the mountain. Others in our grouo rode the zip line and the huge swing that takes you out over the cliff. They said that was pretty intense and fun but definitely not my cup of tea. There was also a 4D movie coaster that was refreshing. We got cool souvenir cups in which you could get cheap refills. I would definitely recommend this place.
