I really enjoyed Di Paolo's when my husband and I were in New Jersey visiting family. Growing up in with an Italian mama and grandma who lived next door I was raised with great Italian food and desserts. Since then both mama and grandma have passed. Thank you so much for all the traditional Italian cookies and breads...you have brought back such wonderful memories! I would love to order your Penelothes for Easter. Keep the tradition going!

While they offer a lot of cookies and deserts, I go here only for my breads. The 'artisan' breads are very good, and cost a fraction of the price of any of the chain grocery stores.

I special ordered a tiramisu at this bakery on advice of a coworker and let me tell you when i saw that they make their tiramisu with WHIPPED CREAM i was shocked! and when I asked the lady at the counter if it was made with WHIPPED CREAM she said "its the traditional italian way"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW.. im not italian and even I know that Tiramisu is not made with whipped cream.. Way to ruin a birthday cake! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
