It's our final day of "brickstarting" The Interval @ Long Now--our #SanFrancisco home and a bar/cafe/museum/library for all. If you donate today your name goes on our Donor Wall for evermore. https://longnow.org/interval/
+Bryce Byerley we already had a bad experience with a She-Threepio model (we thought she was our only hope, oh how wrong we were). So we're a bit shy on the humanoid form factor (especially plus-sized) and after-market weapon apps. +Dave McKew
The Interval, for real. We've shown you design images and construction shots in the past. Now we can start to share photos of the real thing. The Interval at Long Now really is (almost) ready to open. More soon.
I got my portrait did by +Doc Pop and pals at the Exquisite Corpse play last night. http://excorp.se A great little run of shows with such a talented cast and so many good friends. If you missed it... Sorry it'll take a little while before we do it again. More pix to follow.

Oh how we've been working for YEARS on this. And now the bar/cafe/museum we once called the Long Now Salon is definitively and perfectly monikered #TheInterval and it is truly fascinating and inspiring. And full of amazing books, drinks and people. Come visit us at Fort Mason soon: 10am to midnight every day!
The Interval (http://theinterval.org) is open today for #LongNow members from 10am to midnight. If you are in the area please stop by! Tomorrow, Sunday 6/15/02014 is our official public opening--in fact we'll be open daily from 10 to 12am from now on. We hope you'll come visit us in person at our new home in #SanFrancisco very soon.
A bar, cafe, museum, and the home of The Long Now Foundation. Come enjoy coffee or cocktails surrounded by books floor-to-ceiling and mechanical wonders from a clock engineered to last 10000 years. Featuring Brian Eno's music and his ambient painting—a continuously evolving, never-repeating work ...
some images from the Exquisite Corpse Theatre Soap Opera show "The Life You'll Never Have". Performance photos by Doug " Puzzling Evidence" Wellman, rehearsal photos by me, the 3 staged photoshoot pix at the end shot by Monica Hernandez. So much fun, hilarious. So glad it's done. And we'll be back!
