When you are searching for a job or just about any other endeavor to change, it helps to have people you can trust to give feedback and guidance.
Here is my take on this very important and very personal group. Many thanks to & for their E-Book and online course last year "Prospering in 2010"
Both swimmers swam a great race and many thought that Cavic should have been the winner, but the tape showed that Phelps reached further and truer and as a result he won. It wasn't so much swimming as the technical part of the competition that made the difference.
The point is we don't know what slight variable we may be judged on so we better be the best we can be in every aspect of our approach.

It all started with debate at the University of Kentucky. I learned to be analytical, speak, drink, eat and more. Careers in hospitality lead to consulting to convenience stores and their suppliers, then marketing real estate and home building, building and coaching sales forces and now back to consulting and helping others increase their revenues.
So what is the common denominator? It’s all about problem solving and making the best of some of life’s most basic needs. How do you make food that is not just life sustaining but satisfying and comforting and sometimes even inspiring? How do you create value and with it, incomes and a sense of accomplishment? How do you design and build homes that don’t just provide shelter but provide for comfort, security, prestige, fun and add to the quality of life?
Most importantly how do you give someone the tools they need so that they can create and lead their coworkers and therefore their companies to greater heights.
I’ve been fortunate enough to be able to accomplish these things by building, leading and being a part of great teams. Every step of the way I have been able to find and will continue to seek excellent mentors, advisors and coaches and every step of the way I have tried to pass on their wisdom, knowledge and examples so others can help develop solutions.
The result is, I’ve been able to have some fun along the way and have shared it with my wonderful wife, family and friends. We’ve enjoyed exciting food, excellent wines, and been able to travel to fantastic places.
