I'm absolutely positive Five Star isn't the cheapest HVAC company around but I'm also fairly positive that they provide some of the best customer service. Everything is organized and they just get it. I've used them multiple times to service my house. Today Andy S. came out to look at my 18yr old Furnace. As you can imagine with a unit that old it wasn't good. I'll start by saying when you call 5 star you get someone who schedules an appointment with you and they even call that day to verify and let you know that the technician will be onsite in 30 minutes. Andy was running a little late and I got a separate call from him to let me know that too. The fact that you know exactly when someone is coming and I get that things hold you up but the fact I got a second call from the tech to let me know that was super professional. So to the bad news the furnace in the attic was leaking and cracked but Andy pulled out his digital camera and showed me pictures of everything instead of me having to crawl up in the attic to look at it myself. As a tech geek I love the fact they take advantage of technology like that to improve their service. Long story short I'll be having him out in the next few months to replace the unit but I really appreciated the fact that he spent the time to show me exactly what was going on and go above and beyond in "geeking out" and giving me details about ways to save on energy costs. So like I started if you just want rock bottom prices Five Star probably isn't who you want to call, but if you are someone who still really appreciates someone who will provide good customer service and care about you as a long term customer then I highly recommend them.

I used to be a regular at Pelham Links before moving to Boston. After three years up north we moved back and I was glad to be able to come back to Pelham Links. People are great (make sure to ask for Dee as your dental hygienist), they use new technology efficient and effectively, and Dr. Keels knows his stuff.

I was recommended by a friend and have to admit that i was highly impressed with the service and time that went into my taxes for the money. Not only did they do a good job putting my mess together, but they found a flaw in my 2010 returns that I got a cool $1,000 back for! Final 2011 return was 88 pages so yes it was a mess but they put it all together. Now I am 100% confident that they can handle complicated returns.
