The ranch was a real old time rustic looking town with long horn cattle plus other exotics. The entertainment was very good especially Pistol Packin Paula. I also enjoyed the singing cowboy with his stories and songs. I wish I had ate before I went; the BB Q chicken was very tasty, the brisket was dry and tough, the beans were not seasoned nor cooked long enough. The potatoes were from a box,( I think), not cooked long enough nor seasoned properly, they used artificial cheese that when melted turned into a gluey glob. Your cook needs to be retrained!

Had the opportunity to visit Enchanted Springs this past weekend May 20, 2012 as part of the Ken Batchelor company picnic. We had a great time, with plenty to see and do. The roping shows, trail ride, the town layout and Woodrow were exceptional. Great food and DJ music. We will definantly be going back and taking some new folks with us. Thanx again to Mr. Ken Batchelor and the folks at Enchanted Springs Ranch for a great Sunday out in the country.

BETTER THAN SEA WORLD!!!! We visited Enchanted Springs Ranch in the fall and really enjoyed the Chuckwagon Dinner. We have 3 kids ranging in ages from 8 to 2, and this was by far our favorite activity while visiting San Antonio. The employees were very hospitable, the setting is impressive and the cowboy history was fun to learn. PLUS.....where else do your kids get to sit on a long horn steer?!?!? One of the best parts was watching our older two children being arrested. Not to mention watching our son enthusiastically cheer on Pistol Packin' Paula as she impressed us with her many talents. Take your family ASAP!!!

My husband and I took our boys here and we really enjoyed it! The staff at ESR is incredible. They are very informative and have such patience with the kids. During the shows, the staff used several of the kids comments to personalize the event. They also do a really great job of incorporating a few good morals into their presentation teaching kids how important it is to have a good attitude and work hard and accomplish your goals. This is a great place to spend the day. Arrive at 10am, see the activities and pack a lunch. There are great spots to sit and enjoy a picnic. Then, the kids can play at the nice shaded playground.
