Evening whanau,

I am a little slow to jump on board sorry, but my excuse is I have been away for the weekend pushing my body to it's physical, mental and emotional limits skiing in the South Island! Skiing is an awesome way to push all parts of your body - both the uphill and the downhill! If anyone is keen to give it a go, we could hit up Snowplanet one weekday evening for only $29 including gear hire? :)

On another note - it is super important to remember to rest and recover, to allow your muscles to stay afresh and mend the tears from your workouts (positive thing!). So be sure to have time to rest, especially active rest. If anyone is interested I could run a mini yoga session one afternoon to mix it up a little?! I'm certainly no pro, but I know my body benefits greatly from yoga from time to time, as I have a bad back.

Let me know if anyone is keen for either of the above, or if you want any tips/support at all! The boys have a greater knowledge than I do, but I am happy to help where needed.
