This location has a great spot and Chipotle food is something I enjoy. This particular Chipotle has a huge issue with the staff and their food availability. The servers gave our whole group a hard time for everything ordered. My wife walked up and the server groaned that she had to get a bowl for the burrito. They were out of veggies, and raised their voice unnecessarily asking what salsa she wanted. My friend wanted chips and guacamole. Great, except they were out of chips. 6 of us were put off by their demeanor alone. Will definitely opt for other locations.

For Red Robin and similar chains, the experience and food was amazing. From check-in to the check, we had a very good experience. It was not smooth but we were treated right. To check in, they took my cell phone number and texted me when our table was ready. It is a small thing but it allowed us to walk around the mall without worrying about being too close to the restaurant. It took about 20 minutes to get in on a Saturday night so their turn around was pretty good. We sat at the bar and the head bartender Chris was extremely nice and helpful. At our table we had someone with gluten intolerance so we ordered the gluten-free bun on her sandwich. Chris put the order in correctly and there was a mistake. He went back, oversaw the kitchen make a new burger and put it on the correct bun (which is very important to someone with intolerance to gluten). In the meantime, he brought extra french fries for the whole table. When the burger did show up, he brought extra french fries that were gluten free and fried in a separate oil and without the seasoning so she could enjoy. He was very accommodating and we were glad he was there to help handle everything with the manager. Most importantly, the bun was delicious which we have not encountered at all. We got the check and were out very quickly. Even with bumps, this particular establishment treated us well and was sensitive to gluten intolerances. Very well done. The food was cooked perfectly to what we asked and we had a great time. Will definitely make this our Red Robin of choice.

I have been searching for a reliable place to buy meat for a few years. When Steve was at Newtown Deli, and he was reliable and always looking to help his customers. Now he has a number of employees who are all enjoyable and not trying to oversell. I have a budget and the gentleman who helped me (older guy) was trying to help me get more for my money. I will be shopping here more and definitely support a local business owner who is knowledgeable. No more sketchy products from Stop and Shop for me.

The customer service here is nothing to rave about. The owner is nice but will try to push you around. It is small with a lot of choices but I would shop around.

Some background info: I am staying here for my brother's wedding, my wife and I are staying for the night, and I have yet to stay here but will update my review after I do. I have called The Out three or four times to change my reservation plans. Every time, I have been on and off the phone in less than 5 minutes. Even better, the reservation gentleman that I talked to sends me a confirmation email with properly updated info within a minute of hanging up. I recently had to make a final change and they remembered my name and my email and had the new details over to me within minutes. The kicker is I had not talked to them in a month. They have been extremely impressive so far. I cannot wait to stay at my first 'straight-friendly' hotel.

Started going here for the free Krav Maga classes Chris was putting on. The space is very functional and the people I met were very inviting. Chris goes through everything step by step and teaches not just basics but stuff you can actually use each class. I cannot wait until my next class and learning more about defending myself from knife threats and whatever else they throw my way.

I am not speaking about their ability to photograph but in dealing with them while we were choosing our photographer. They may be great with their photos and all of that but I do not enjoy being called even after I have informed them that we have chosen our photographer already. Hawk Photography seems to think that we will up and change our photographer if they call and send us emails. They may be great, but this review is based on deliberation, not experience.
