Today's question:

- What will knowing the points of VALUE that matter to your customers do for you?

I’ve heard many answers to this question that sound like assumptions.

- “I’ve been in this business for thirty years…so of course I know”.
- “You sort of develop a gut feel for it”.
- “I just know what sells”.

This strategy uses the " shot in the dark" technique. Who knows? They might actually get lucky.

So, how do you find out?

On the one hand you could ask your customers what they want. That wouldn’t be a bad start, and it’s more than what most businesses do. One problem with this strategy is by the time you deliver what they said, your customers’ tastes have likely changed.

On the other hand, you could use a far more RELIABLE technique that will make the best use of your resources, capitalise on your opportunities and convert them into consistent and predictable sales.

It relies on you making a commitment to get to know your customers so well that you can “ANTICIPATE” what they value and then... you keep delivering it.

When you master this, your customers will feel happy when they think of you, and they’ll look forward to seeing you, and they'll love you for being so thoughtful and they'll stay faithful to you forever.

Sounds like the secret to a successful relationship, doesn’t it?

To your SUCCESS.

Can we agree that Your TEAM is your most important Business Asset?

When interviewing, what do you look for and what do you listen for?
Imagine someone who repeatedly makes "I" statements as they rattle off their achievements, and who doesn't acknowledge the contributions of colleagues. - - What does that say about them?
- What does that say about their Character?
- What does that say about their Core Beliefs and Personal Values?
Unless you have a perfect hiring record, you need to make changes to your process now. That is, unless you're happy to compromise on your most important business asset.

To your success.

Today's question:
- How do you respond to changing economic and market conditions?
The strategy you set for your business isn't something you do just once and then forget about it. Conditions change, and you need to "adapt".
I want you starting today, to schedule time each week, specifically for weighing up what's working well enough to continue, and for what needs to be improved.
Doing this is an undeniable sign of good management and essential to your success.
Evaluate your strategy constantly and you will be in control of what happens, you'll make wise business decisions, and you will increase your profitability and market share.

YOUR PAST does not equal your future.
Much of our anxiety occurs when we unconsciously project our past negative experiences into the future.
When you experience setbacks, e.g. problems with staff performance, it doesn't always have to be this way. It just may mean that you simply haven't "learned" the right strategies for moving forward, getting away from your current state - erratic performance - and closer to your desired state - consistent high quality performance.
When you understand this, you will be energised with more Hope for a much better future than you have ever had in the past. This is the inner fuel you need to explore your opportunities, and better use your resources, and this will lead you to get the results you're looking for.
To your SUCCESS.

I WANT to let you in on a secret. It is psychologically impossible for our staff to give 100 per cent of their physical effort, unless they are are also allowed to give us their ideas.

Pick one goal that is super important for you to achieve.Write it down. Read it "at least" three times per day. Imagine yourself already having achieved it. Find a way to measure your progress. Set a realistic completion date. Avoid being distracted. Focus on taking positive action towards achieving your goal every day. Reward yourself for your hard work. Celebrate your victories. You CAN do it!

What's the "one thing" that keeps you up at night? That frustrates you? That you keep putting off because it seems too hard to deal with? It's easy to be distracted, but the problem doesn't go away. But, when you take "consistent action" with "full focus" YOU WILL make it happen. You will overcome every obstacle and have the business you've always dreamed of. Keep at it. You CAN do it.
To your great SUCCESS.
