Tackling Tricky Scenarios in the Real Estate Process

Today I want to outline three different scenarios that can occur between the offer stage and the closing stage of a transaction. From these, you’ll get a look at what rights both buyers and sellers have with regards to going under contract. What if you see an offer you like more after you’ve already agreed to one? If a buyer’s financing falls through, are you locked into the contract? If the inspection revealed issues that you don’t want to deal with, are you obligated to buy?
