Found this originally as a commercial on a YouTube video tutorial for setting-up Bootcamp on my new Mac.  Probably the first time I've ever found a YouTube commercial more engaging than the actual video I intended to watch.  To be honest, I still haven't watched the Bootcamp video yet either.

My favourite "404 Not Found" error page to date.  Stumbled across this while doing some digging on REST auto-documenting tools.

I'm enjoying #Github and their sense of humor, I think it's a great home for my project.

“Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.” - 2 Cor 1:3-4

My wife and I were visited by soul-crushing disappointment recently.  But as an unexpected surprise God used it to deepen our love and I couldn't help but to shout for joy and praise Him at the top of my lungs.  It reminds me how roots take putrid manure and turn it into fragrant flowers, even creation testifies to God's wondrous and mysterious ways.

"For this is what the high and exalted One says-- he who lives forever, whose name is holy: "I live in a high and holy place, but also with the one who is contrite and lowly in spirit, to revive the spirit of the lowly and to revive the heart of the contrite." - Isaiah 57:15

From Abbott Pass in the Rockies, this appears to be high and lofty, especially when you look over the cliff and see how far down it goes, but this is but a poor shadow of the high and lofty place where our heavenly father lives.  Yet He loves to abide with the contrite, broken-hearted, and the humble.  Who do you know who is like that?

I posted this awhile back on my own profile.  Does this make sense?  The general idea is to determine things such as the number of points in a cube, lines in a cube, points in a square, lines in a square, points in a line etc. and so on.

I'm just wondering if this also works for things in higher dimensions such as a 4D tesseract, which would mean it consists of 8 cubes, 24 sides, 32 lines, and 16 points.  I am unable to verify however.

Came-up with this generalized formula in my head on the boring commute to work this morning.  Was able to prove it ∀ m < 4.

What was I proving?

"Oxbow Looks Like Ox"

Outflow channels and hydraulic erosion is among the most fascinating phenomena in geomorphology.

See if you can figure-out what happened here.  And then see if you can pinpoint it's location!

Hint: Somewhere in Alberta

This alievates years of confusion I had over my strange approach to problems.  It's all about the depth-first search through your problem tree.

Lemmings, Jill of the Jungle, and Castle of the Winds on 3.5" floppies. What is so significant about these disks?

...
They're propping-up my LCD. So glad I still have them so that I can view my monitor properly.
