I am the writer and webmaster for Sensitive Evolution, a website that promotes the self actualization of highly sensitive people. It includes a library about the highly sensitive trait, a blog, newsletter, ebook, and online classes. It covers:
  • the definition of a highly sensitive person and traits of the highly sensitive person
  • identity challenges of HSPs
  • stress of highly sensitive people
  • social challenges including marginalization, bullying and anxiety
  • alternative health solutions including Ayurveda, energy medicine and herbal remedies
  • resources

As a highly sensitive person I have long been interested in personal development and health. I became interested in alternative health as a way to handle the stress challenges of high sensitivity. To that end,I practice Transcendental Meditation, follow Ayurveda as much as I can, and practice some yoga as well as NIA. I am interested in alternative healing methods, energy medicine and have become a reiki master/teacher.

I am an artist; I create abstract oil paintings.

I am an avid reader about
  • evolutional psychology
  • the environment
  • simpler living
  • the current evolution of the human race, including human and animal rights
  • social media and the internet.

I love animals and have rescued many and had as many as five rescue pets at once. I watch little TV because I hate violent programming.  I listen to new age music, more than other kinds because it has a great quality of spaciousness that supports my creative efforts; I also find that I need nature in order to feel happy and grounded.

How we use our time - either in harmony with nature or not - can greatly affect our health.

would like a woman that will love and respect me for who I am , that
likes to hold my hand and surprize me with a little kiss when I least
expect it or give me a wink from across the room just to let me know
she is thinking about me or give me a call just to let me know she is
thinking about me... Because I will be doing the same.... I
want to find a woman who wants to get to know me and love me for me and
i want a long term relationship, hopefully someday i would ask that
special person to marry me and we would live the rest of our life
together as friends, partners and lovers. What Religion are you?

Many black people condition themselves not to show any weakness including sensitivity. This article shows how one woman came to terms with her race and her sensitivity.

The importance of fatigue for highly sensitive people cannot be underestimated. It is an easy sign that overstimulation is present and rest and rebalancing is necessary.

Approval seeking is something few want to admit to. Approval is a big challenge and often misunderstood which is why it keeps messing with our lives.
