Just another act of Sprint..
They are the worst..A few years ago my parents got there first smartphones..An Htc Evo 4g.But there was more cons than pros...
1)You couldn't take advantage of the 4G anywhere.4G service was very spotty and it was barely anywhere
2)The phones had barely enough memory to do things like download apps
3)Worst battery life EVER
Before there contract was up,They got new Samsung Galaxy S4s
When my dad was calling sprint to cancel the service the guy kept pleading my dad to try out there new and "improved" 4G network by getting a phone to keep for 14 days to test it out..Well..We never did because the Verizon was just soo fast! They sent the phone back on the 13th day and they said we turned it in late..And there was a 400$ fee for the crap phone they gave us that we didnt even use or want.We didnt pay because we didnt turn in the phone late AT ALL.It was all fine until we got a call from a debt collection agency. After around 4 phone calls we finally showed them the reciept which my dad kept this whole time..And we still get calls randomly from the dept collection agency..The end.
