There's a sign on the espresso machine that reads, "You can't fix stupid," which sums up this place perfectly. They won't take credit cards unless you spend $15 or more. So, if you don't usually carry cash, don't bother dropping by for lunch. And considering that there are lots of other restaurant options in the area, including the excellent Infinitus Pizza just a couple blocks away, I won't ever be dropping back by for dinner.

The owner is a jerk. Don't care how good the pizza is, I'll never go back. Can find better pizza elsewhere where I won't be treated badly.

I have to say for below average pizza you'd think they'd attempt to score in the service department; apparently that was too much to ask. We get there, stand there for a moment, not greeted, then what had to be the owner takes our pizza order, doesn't ask us what we want to drink until right before our pizza is ready. He is not friendly at all, maybe he can chalk that up to being a New Yorker, but I've met nice people from NY. Our pizza was so greasy my friend was soaking it up with her napkin. I'd say drive south on Wandsworth to Rosati's, yea it's Chicago style but much better service and the pizza is way better. Won't go here again.

Want a trip to The Jerry Springer show for the cost of a sub par (at best) pizza? Then this is the place for you! If I could give this place negative stars, trust me, I would. This was our first trip to this pizza place, we walked inside and stood there for a few minutes and were ignored by the workers behind the counter, which turned out to be the owner and his daughter. We walked around the corner and was greeted by a sweet and friendly young hostess who promptly sat us. We had a wonderful server Michelle who was quick and attentive. we ordered salad, and a pizza. We got our salad and moments after is when the fireworks started. The owner and his daughter began very loudly yelling at one another as if no one else was there!?! My husband and I just kind of chuckled, sat back and got ready for the entertainment. The comedy of the situation quickly turned to my blood boiling and the most uncomfortable I can ever remember being. The owner's daughter began belligerently yelling at every single employee she could including our poor server, who did everything she could, even admitting she was wrong loudly to get the woman in the kitchen to stop yelling, so the customer's wouldn't have to endure it. The owner's daughter then began to tell another employee how shi**y she was at her job and that she was ugly and she hoped she was arrested later that night (no, i'm not making this up), the owner and his daughter began to get into it again and by this time I was at my breaking point and it took everything in me not to stand up and tell these people what low lifes they are and how ashamed they should be of their disgusting behavior. The owner's daughter then began to taunt our sweet server (who was a bit older than she) about how she was a sixty year old acting like a 3 year old. Wow, being from the south, if anyone I know EVER spoke to someone older than them like that, it wouldn't be pretty. We quickly told our server we lost our appetites and were ready to roll. We made sure to take care of her and she was a doll. Bless her heart! That chick in the kitchen needs some serious medicine or a straight jacket. As we walked out the owner began yelling at the Beer rep that had shown up a couple hours later due to bad weather coming in... wow... Obviously, we will never spend a dime in the place again. On top of all that antics the food was awful. YES, I went out of my way to write this review because it was THAT BAD!! Beware!!

Things that have happened since I walked in this restaurant. The woman at the front desk literally screamed at another employee about "being busy" the entire time I was trying to order. Another customer waited at the counter for 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. I've been waiting over 25 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. There is one table in the place, so it's not very busy. When the pizza was ready they didn't even tell me, they put it on top of the oven.

do not go here UNLESS you like horrible pizza and bad customer service! went in here the other day, walk in and wasn't greeted for a few minutes. We take our order and this felt like a huge inconvenience for the owner, like he didn't want us to be there. another inconvenience for the owner, he HAD TO COOK! what a shocker considering what you do for a living. he's throwing around his kitchen tools , ingredients and so loudly as well. its an open kitchen, thank goodness , im worried he would have done something to our food. already 10 mins into cooking time , the owner FINALLY asks us if we would like something to drink, I felt scared asking for anything but water , and didn't even bring us our water. get our pizza , good at first ( because we were starving) however it took 5 napkins to soak the grease from 1 pizza. we weren't sure if the owner was going to come over and bring us our bill or what , so we go to the counter , stand there for 5 mins, while the owner was watching a youtube video and finally takes our cash (no credit cards , crazy) doesn't tell us the amount owed. never again.

I love this place. I have gone here every year on my birthday and I plan on going this year too. Tonight, in fact (my birthday is tomorrow). I can't wait to have some of their baked ziti (seriously, SO good you have no idea). LOVE THIS PLACE. Also try one of the cannolis because they're also delicious.
