Cool, and hopefully I can ask some answerable questions from you. I'm still listening to the pod cast now.

Lucid dreaming supplements -- they work. But they keys to success are not just popping a pill....

Tolkein was a lucid dreamer.
Dreams play a significant role in The Lord of the Rings, J.R.R. Tolkein's multi-part fantasy story written in the first half of the 20th century. The dream elements become muted in Peter Jackson's film adaptation, but in the novels they serve as an i...

I didn't listen to this. But, it was sleep paralysis that started my active search for lucid dreams. Now I welcome sleep paralysis. That along with the body buzzing, and whooshing sounds that wake me. That is one of the ways I leave my body. I say 'Get Up.' It's not the same as a lucid dream. And I don't fully understand what to do in these waking dreams. So I will look more into the Astral Lucid dreaming that I see further down on your page.

Blast! I've had no such experiences like this. And, I don't know if I'm on the right track. I'ts frustrating to wake to these dreams. I mean I know when the buzzing, and sounds start I'm already awake. I tell myself to get up, as I said before seems like a thousand times really. Overstatement I'm aware. When this happens though I don't know what to do. I cannot do the things like in a lucid. I wake in my bed, struggle to free myself from it usually. Then cannot leave the room. Bouncing off walls instead of going through them. My index finger will not go through my palm. Stuff like this. If this is supposed to be purposeful for me. Maybe I'm just not ready to know yet.

The Digital Dream Movement is shaping up!
Shadow app seeks to connect users with their dreams by waking the user during their sleep and inviting them to record their memories.

Dream tech like this is best for those who are heavier sleepers I think as it could def be a sleep disturbance for naturally light sleepers (who are more prone to lucid dreaming anyways)
