Google My Business has gone through recent changes. I use my own account to test how the changes before recommending the "upgrade" to my clients.

A few things that confuse me - maybe you know? Are Posts going to replace a business' Google Plus Brand Page?

Shortly after testing the new Google My Business functions my +Buffer could not connect to either my Google Plus Brand or my Google Personal Profile. Or, Buffer would reconnect then not be able to send.

I have been reading for over a year that the big marketing consultants feel Google+ was dead. I was holding out hoping that the marketing and paid advertising would form a better tool. Ummmmm?

My previous client, +Pauline Sanders from +Red Dirt International Pty Ltd called and I really started listening. We talked about what she needed. And, she wanted me to follow through with a business broker and investor. I get to edit and write her business plan while I participate in the conversation with her business contacts.

As a business owner, what skills are you neglecting?

How do you manage the operations of your small business?

I'm comparing 3 products for simplicity and minimal workflow. I am forming a group of 2-4 independent writers to help a client with a regular content. The agency we are working for retains all the control over the strategic and tactical decisions.

We need to keep track of a short sequence of receiving 2-4 assignments per website for every 2 weeks. It's close to coordinating freelance journalism, but we need to be coordinated. I am the coordinator!

This is the first of 3 products, +KiSSFLOW, Coschedule, and Workflow Max. Any recommendations?
