For those in sales leadership roles sometimes it is the hidden talents that can make or break a sale or even an organization.

Looking for a new car - Can't beat Ford's small engines.

For the past 20 years, Ward’s Auto has been ranking the best engines available each year. When most people think of great engines, they tend to picture huge powertrains found in pickups like the 2014 #Ford #F150 or a super fast engine that might power a car like the 2014 Ford Mustang. For 2014, Ward's included their first three-cylinder engine on the "10 Best Engines list for 2014" It’s a 1.0L #EcoBoost three-cylinder currently found in the small 2014 Ford #Fiesta -> http://bit.ly/1hIN2Sq #CrownPoint #MichiganCity #Valparaiso

Donnie - There are some things outside of our control and the weather is one of them. I believe in each day to be better than the last one especially when I am above the ground. So the weather does not really matter.

An Indiana company - great stuff!

Great +Forbes  piece on Cummins, Inc. and Columbus, Indiana.

What a transformation! Can't recognize the town anymore. Lived there for four years in the 90s. Kudos to the Cummins management for keeping at it through thick and thin.

What an apt name for the new behemoth engine. Hedgehog. Borrowing from Jim Collins book "Good to Great". It is not just the engine, the whole company is one Hedgehog!
