Finally got my delivery / food and it's cold. It took over an hour to get here. I asked the delivery guy why. He stated there were 4 orders before mine. Why didn't the waitress give me a correct estimate on delivery time. Bottom line : - over 1 hr to delivery food when she stated 20-30 min - food is cold - will never order from here again

Beware before your buy. On Feb 15th, 2012 drove down from Seattle to shop at the Woodburn outlet mall (Oregon). Stopped by Celluar Plus to buy an iPhone Cig Adapter. On the way home power was low so decided to use my new iPhone Cig Adapter. It doesn't work. Called them to find if they had a store in Seattle to exchange it for one that works. They don't. Here are my options (which the customer service person stated). 01. Drive down to Oregon to exchange the $25 item. - The gas would be more then $25. 02. They will ship a replacement item BUT I would have to pay for shipping (both the replacement item + return of the broken item). - The shipping cost will be more then $25. 03. Eat the cost. - Out $25 for buying something that doesn't work at Cellular Plus. ----- Lesson : Don't buy from this place. I should have bought from Amazon or some other company with better return policies + more locations.

the place is now Pho Le's the photo is old - Maharaja is no longer at that location. i'm guessing that Pho Le's is pretty new. but that's besides the point. here's my review. DO NOT EAT THERE! i went for lunch there today (02/04/2011). figured it was a new spot close to my place so thought i'd give it a try. ordered a large pho with meat ball. service was very quick. i took a few sips of the soup to find it was piping hot (good) but after the soup cooled a bit so i could taste it it tasted like sugar water. i added hot sauce. still no good. i then added hot chili oil (a big spoon full). still no help. to give you an idea of what it tasted like. add three cups of sugar into a bowl of boiling water. stir until all the sugar has melted. add noodles. that's what it tasted like. i just couldn't eat it. i asked for the check. when the waiter came back with my check i gave him money and told him that he should check the broth because there's something wrong with it. it's too sweet. he looked at my bowl of untouched (well barely touched) bowl of pho. he then went and then came back with my change. that was it. he didn't ask if there was anything wrong, if there's something else i wanted, if there was something he could do to fix it. he just didn't care. i walked out thinking of where to get a real meal when my stomach started to hurt. this was the first meal of the day so i knew it wasn't anything else i had. i went home with less cash, hungry and now with a stomach ache. it's been well over 4 hours now and i still don't feel good. i've been drinking water in the hopes it'll help + to wash out the sugary taste from my mouth. again - don't do it. this place is just aweful.

took day off work for delivery. delivery called at 10:03 am today. my iphone didn't even ring. there is no call showing on my call log. checked voice mail and nothing. then at 10:35 am voicemail appears. delivery stats they can't come by today and that they have to reschedule which they can't do until they are done for delivery today and won't be able to reschedule until tonight which means i'll have to take another day off in order to be at home for another delivery. this is not the first time i've missed calls and it not showing on my log nor is this the first time i didn't get / got delayed voicemail. talking to AT&T support and they have stated this is a known issue with the iphone.

Buyer Beware : i've had the Virgin Mobile service for 3 months now and i've had nothing but trouble with their phone. i purchased the Samsung Intercept. i'm currently on my 4th phone as the other 3 have all had issues. 1st phone - touch screen didn't work + it would freeze then crash. 2nd phone same issues as the first. 3rd phone didn't hold a charge (full charge lasted all of 4 hours then died) and it would randomly restarts. i've had the 3rd phone for all of 2 weeks and the 4th phone i just got in the mail. when i was talking to their customer support on the phone i learned something of interest which you might want to be aware of. they will NOT give you a different model phone. i've had such a bad experience with the Samsung Intercept i asked to see if i could just get a different phone. the 3rd rep i spoke with said yes they could send me the LG Optimus V but it was out of stock. the 4th rep (the most recent) stated that was impossible as they are not 'comparable.' this notion of only exchanging for a comparable phone is totally BS as there are no comparable phones for the Samsung Intercept, LG Optimus V or the Blackberry Curve which are the three smartphones they carry. meaning if you get one of these phones then you are stuck with that model. either that or you have to purchase a different phone regardless of the issues with the phone. but more importantly you should be aware of the fact Virgin Mobile is aware of the issues with the Samsung Intercept. multiple reps stated that it's a known issue the Samsung Intercept is problematic. another thing to note is that if you ask for a replacement be aware that they have 2 versions of replacements. VERSION B : which is the version they will send you are phones returned to Virgin Mobile because the phone had issues. VERSION A : are phones which were purchased and returned but not used (or so the rep said). basically they will send you a VERSION B replacement phone which was previously returned by another customer because the phone had something wrong with it... WTF?! so someone out there has gotten my previous 3 Samsung Intercept phones which all had issues. they will ONLY send you the VERSION A phone after multiple exchanges. i guess i've had so many issues they are finally awarding me with a VERSION A phone. Virgin Mobile's option of smartphones are just #@@!!@#$$ especially the Samsung Intercept. avoid it like the plague. buyer beware. ------------------------------------------------------------------ update : so i'm now waiting for yet another replacement phone. when i spoke to the customer representative (this time) i found out the last customer rep totally lied to me. i was told that i would NOT have any more problems because they are sending me a brand new spanking phone while all the previous ones were re-furbished. i just found out that that is NOT the case. the current phone i have is also re-furbished and that they never ever send out brand new spanking phones. also it's been 15 days since they said they would send out a replacement. i called them 3 days ago and they apologized and stated they would fast track my issue and over night it. yeah right. again - that was 3 days ago. I REALLY HATE VIRGIN MOBILE. after i get my replacement phone i'm gonna start looking for a replacement service. no matter how cheap the service is - it's not worth it if you don't get service.

the people at Fidelity Leasing were very friendly and helpful. i was looking for a car but did not really know what i wanted and they were very helpful and took the time to first figure out what my needs were and showing me various options to meet those needs. they seemed more interested in helping me find the right car rather then just make a sale. my experience with them was great - low stress, very helpful and very personal. after finding the car i wanted they took the time to go over each step and making it as painless as possible. from start to finish they were top notch. i would highly recommend calling these people up for your next car.

just had lunch here today (July 08, 2009) and i wasn't too impressed. i ordered three items from their sushi menu - spicy california (was okay) - tuna (the color looked a bit old - not fresh) - eel and avocado (too much avocado not enough eel) all in all everything was okay - nothing fantastic. but what makes it a 2 out of 5 stars? the price. the total for these three items came to $15.52. on the menu it states 6-10 pieces. you will not see 10 or 8 - it will be 6. 6 small pieces. after the meal i paid $15.52 + tip = $18.00 i was still hungry. so if you want so so sushi and you don't want to be full / satisfied then this is the place for you. but if you (like me) feel that paying $18 for lunch and not being full is wrong then don't go to this place. i sure won't.
