We developed www.google.fr/elections
as an information hub for French citizens to study, watch, discuss and participate in the French presidential campaign, using tools like Google News, Google+, YouTube and Google Maps. When the polls closed last night at 8 p.m., French Internet users could see the results in real-time on the site.
French voters will go to the polls again on May 6 to choose between the two front-runners—and google.fr/elections
will be following along in real-time. If you're in France, check out the site—we hope you find it useful.
