Over the last 8 weeks; I have been on a +G+ Mentorship Program for Photographers program called Finding Your Vision; Street Photography Mentorship.

The program was lead by +teresa pilcher ably assisted by past graduates of the program and members of the G+ Mentorship Program.

Each week we were presented with an assignment to push us, in a particular direction or to try a particular technique. While these were useful, for me the best part of the program was the help and feedback from all the people involved.

Most of the time when we post an image on social media; we will get +1s, likes or hearts but very rarely any type of feedback. Feedback either good or bad helps us to grow, we learn by our mistakes but only when these mistakes are pointed out to us.

The program works wonderfully well, getting the participants to interact with other, the team behind the program help to push you in the right direction and the whole team are always there to help out.

The experience has been a good one, I've met a lot of new people, people who have a passion for street photography and who understand the genre. Its been fun interacting and seeing everybody's different take of the subject of street photography.

A big thanks to +teresa pilcher for the time and effort put into running the program.

I look forward to see where everyone goes from here :-)

Apparently I have made a sale of this.

Four or so years ago I uploaded this fake tilt-shift to red bubble and completely forgot about it but now someone has bought a 800x600mm large print.

Not one of my finest a bit like the OTT HDR we sometimes see.
