"I'll be happy when..."
How many times have you said that phrase to yourself?
How many times have you achieved that "when" goal, and still not felt happy?
Putting conditions on your happiness doesn't allow you to be happy when you achieve them...all it does is robs you of the opportunity to feel happy NOW. That doesn't mean you can't have goals; it just means you need to be easier on yourself and proud of yourself for what you have accomplished. Cut yourself some slack.

I don't think I've ever done this but it's mainly because whenever I open an avocado I can't resist sprinkling it with olive oil and salt and devouring it all in one sitting.

I want you to do three things for me:
1: Print this
2: Go read it to yourself in the mirror
3: Repeat each morning
Positive affirmations (while awkward at first) are what truly lay the foundation for self love, self acceptance and self care. Learn more tools on self love (and get a FREE four week meal plan!) with my Love Yourself to Greater Health program here: http://2fitathome.com/shop

Don't worry - I'm not deleting you...instead, I want to talk about who YOU should delete. Often times, we'll find ourselves following accounts that don't make us feel good. Whether it's a #fitspo account, a recipe blogger, or just a "friend" who overgrams her multiple vacations...if you find yourself hate-following someone, stop it. Delete them. If they don't make you feel motivated, inspired, uplifted, or make you laugh, they've gotta go. By weeding through your social media and only keeping the accounts who make you feel good, you'll surround yourself with positivity that will help make your day better, not bitter.

Mindy gets us. However, gluten doesn't always sit well with everyone... which is why I've designed my meal plans in a way that helps you figure out if you're gluten or dairy sensitive. Have you tried my meal plans yet? They're only $8/month. Try it here:

I'm starting to think coconut oil is the solution to all of our problems. Cavities? Coconut oil. Dry hair? Coconut oil. Lame boyfriend? Coconut oil. ;)
But in all seriousness, I use coconut oil a LOT. I buy it in bulk at Costco and put a scoop of it in my coffee every morning, I use it to cook veggies in, etc. Coconut oil is a good, healthy fat and actually boosts your healthy cholesterol. If you're wanting to get rid of your unhealthy cooking oils (looking at you, vegetable oil) give coconut oil a try!
