Dr. Don Mroz has extensive experience helping businesses large and small manage change and find new ways to grow and prosper with a focus on quality, innovation, and continuous improvement. He has worked with mom and pop shops to Fortune 100 companies across many sectors, including not for profits. As the first director of the University's online MBA degree program and the first Dean of the Business school, Dr. Mroz also was instrumental in the naming of Post University's business school after Malcolm Baldrige.
Before joining Post, Dr. Mroz has worked on strategy development and leadership development with numerous other organizations, including schools, churches, and for-profit companies. He also has worked as a vocational and career education consultant with boards of education; principals; and all levels of administrators, teachers, and counselors.
Dr. Mroz has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing the auto and healthcare industries. For example, he consulted with a tier-one supplier for the automotive industry where he took leaders from Europe, Asia-Pacific, Australia, and North America through a corporate innovation process for creating value through the development of a worldwide infrastructure. He also designed and delivered several leadership development programs for Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New York. Dr. Mroz authored a chapter entitled "Positive Organizational Scholarship Leaps into the World of Work" in the Oxford Handbook of Positive Psychology and Work, 2009.
