Day 22 of Focus T25 and I'm down 7 lbs.Workout 5 days a week, and it's only 25 minutes, which is what I love the most. The days I don't feel like doing it. I force myself and the hardest part is the first 5 minutes and then it's done. 25 minutes a day is nothing and the results you get and how you feel after is indescribable !!!
