i've been coming for 25 years but i recently tried to go back, only to discover that the hygiene is out of date. Anyone can sneeze on your food since it sits all day in the open. I made a reservation that they confirmed but no table was available upon arrival. The lady is under total panic and completely rude to customers. She literally insulted me and threw me out for being unhappy about the situation. Food is way too salty, a classic to get you to consume more drinks. Just head to any other nearby restaurants for a very good falafel.

Great food in a great area of the city, but service is not friendly. Anyway we were here for the food and we enjoyed it much. Will definitely be back.

Expensive and low-level Falafel are ok but definitely not great. They are not even round, but in couples like if machine-done. The rest of the food consists only of dips which have been prepared hours before and get all thrown together on the same plate gracelessly. Add that the waiters are kind of rude and that it is expensive (they even make you pay extra for the pita bread!!! just ridiculous...). The location and place are kind of nice though. maybe you cantry to go just for a beer and leave the food.

Our visit at 14th August 2010: We came during lunchtime and the place was busy. After I asked one of the waiter, we (2 persons) were directed to a table for 6 persons. I immediately asked for a menu card and the waiter went. After a while, since we had not yet the menu card, my husband went to the cashier and told him we want to order, the cashier told my husband to choose the dish from the menu, and my husband replied that we haven't had any menu card yet. Then another waiter come to cashier and my husband asked him for a menu card, this waiter laughed and talked to the cashier. Then I asked a waitress for menu card and she screamed to one of the waiter und just went away. 2 guests came to our desk and asked us for sharing the desk, the waitress approached the guests and explained them to move to another table outside and quick after that the waitress begged us to move to a room across the street, where we immediately saw that the room was already packed with bunch of people and none of them had their food yet. We just left the place and I surely never come back again.
