Radiation-Induced Carcinogenesis and Father of Oncology (Vadim Shapoval). Carcinogenesis is the process by which normal cells are transformed into cancerous cells (iron-overloaded cells, iron-rich cells, iron-saturated cells). Cells depending on their location can be damaged through radiation e.g. sunshine, chemicals e.g. cigarette smoke, inflammation e.g. bacterial infection or viral infection. Cells often die if they are damaged, but radiation, chemicals or/and viruses can create cellular iron overload. Cancer development is a multistage process in which the summation of iron-overloaded events is required to produce a malignant tumor. In an old person there are hundreds of thousands of iron-overloaded cells (age is the greatest risk factor for developing cancer). Because women lose iron through menstruation and pregnancy, they tend to store less of the mineral than men do. After menopause or a hysterectomy, the carcinogenic risk for women increases. The carcinogenic potential of ionizing radiation was recognized soon after Roentgen's discovery of X-rays in 1895. It has long been known that radiation can induce a broad spectrum of DNA lesions. Radiation chaotically distorts DNA and cellular iron metabolism. The search for genetic changes associated specifically with radiation exposure has proven very disappointing. There is no evidence of site specificity for mutations induced by radiation because cellular iron overload works chaotically: cancerous cells contain a multitude of genetic lesions. Chromosomal imbalances in cancerous cells - gains or losses of genetic material - can range from alterations spanning entire chromosomes to intragenic duplications or deletions. Researchers from the Wellcome Trust Sanger Institute and their collaborators have been able to identify in human cancers two characteristic patterns of DNA damage caused by ionizing radiation. Don't believe everything you read. Cancer is caused by changes in a cell’s DNA, researchers explain. The nucleic acids - DNA and RNA - are the principal informational molecules of the cell. Cancer occurs when cellular iron overload chaotically affects cellular molecules and organelles (DNA, RNA, chromosomes, mitochondria, lysosomes, peroxisomes, etc), the Father of Oncology explains. Cancer is traditionally treated by a combination of surgery, chemotherapy and radiation. How will cancer be treated in the future? 1) Direct intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency substances (ceramic needles) are needed when tumors/metastases cannot be removed with surgery (ceramic blades). 2) Personalized iron-deficiency methods (special diets, blood donations) will neutralize micro-metastases in hospitalized patients. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/198464 ; Smokers, Winston Churchill and Vadim Shapoval (Father of Oncology). Cancer begins as a single iron-overloaded cell that begins to multiply out of control. According to the University of Hawaii Cancer Center, differences in the CYP2A6 gene are associated with a high rate of nicotine metabolism. Nicotine and cancer: are you among misinformed? There are 4000 chemicals in every cigarette. People smoke because they are addicted to the nicotine, but they are getting 3999 other chemicals, too. Some of these chemicals are known carcinogens. How to eat, drink and smoke like Winston Churchill? Despite his penchant for food, liquor and cigars, Winston Churchill reached the ripe old age of 90. Latent iron-deficiency smokers (Churchill, Stalin and Mao) successfully neutralized pre-cancerous and cancerous cells. We all have pre-cancerous cells in our bodies that are eliminated by iron-deficiency processes. Cancer genes and anticancer genes: are you among misinformed? All humans and animals are born with cancer genes (iron-overloaded genes) and anticancer genes (iron-deficiency genes). Primary tumors always develop at body sites of excessive iron deposits (such deposits can be inherited or acquired), but some chronic diseases can lead to anticancer iron-deficiency effects. For example, chronic blood loss from hemorrhoids can cause latent iron deficiency (LID). Low hemoglobin indicates iron-deficiency anemia but will be normal for LID. An intestinal disorder, such as celiac disease, which affects intestine's ability to absorb nutrients from digested food, can lead to LID. Cancers and infections love iron; researchers and scientists love money, Vadim Shapoval explains. In transplant patients, iron overload is associated with increased morbidity and mortality. ALS, or amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, is a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects iron-overloaded nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord. Iron serves as an important element during various steps in the life cycle of HIV. HIV infection can cause paradoxical alterations in iron metabolism with the co-existence of iron-deficiency anemia alongside high circulating ferritin and iron deposits suggestive of iron overload. Cancer, ALS and HIV can be beaten. Researchers from the UH Cancer Center can beat lung cancer if they will study iron metabolism. Researchers in Hawaii can use Shapoval's wonderful ideas and Vanga's predictions (a day will come and cancer will be chained in iron; AIDS will be chained in iron; Syria will fall at the feet of the winner, but the winner will be not the one who will win; America-2016 /// Bearded Leader; people will discover a new kind of energy; little suns will give electricity in wires; oil will stop; the earth will rest; China is the world’s next Superpower-2018; cars and trains will fly in the Russian Empire-2025). http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/197932 ; The Future Treatment of Prostate Cancer. Primary tumors always develop at body sites of excessive iron deposits; such deposits can be inherited or acquired, the Father of Oncology explains. The behavior of prostate cancer can vary from a low grade tumor that may never be clinically significant to an aggressive cancer that may result in metastases. Cancerous cells can break away from the primary tumor and settle and grow in another part of the body. All cancers begin in cells. Prostate cancer starts with changes in one cell or a small group of cells. Prostate cancer occurs when cellular iron overload chaotically affects cellular molecules and organelles (DNA, RNA, chromosomes, mitochondria, lysosomes, etc). Chaos is a condition of great disorder or confusion. Cancerous cells are genetically diverse. Even within one patient, cancerous cells vary drastically. Researchers found that 11.8% of men with metastatic prostate cancer had mutations in 1 of the 20 DNA repair genes they screened for? Researchers state their results are important for men? Researchers and scientists love money; cancers and infections love iron, the Father of Oncology says. All men are born with cancer genes (iron-overloaded genes) and anticancer genes (iron-deficiency genes). Prostate cancer is a disease of iron-overloaded cells. Direct intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency substances (ceramic needles) are needed when prostate tumors/metastases cannot be removed with surgery (ceramic blades). Biblical iron-deficiency substances: olive oil and sulfur; water and sulfur (water containing hydrogen sulfide; sulfur water). Personalized iron-deficiency methods (special diets, blood donations) can neutralize micro-metastases in hospitalized patients. Iron deficiency is the enemy of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, HIV (slow viral infection) and ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, a progressive neurodegenerative disease that affects iron-overloaded nerve cells in the brain and the spinal cord). The Reason Why Women Live Longer Than Men. Biologically, men may be more vulnerable to cardiovascular disease, cancer, neurodegeneration and infections because men of average height have about 4 grams of iron in their body, women about 3 grams. The human body is composed of 50-100 trillion cells. Cells are composed of small, specialized structures or organelles, each with their own unique role. The functions of organelles are associated with diseases when certain organelles of cells are not working properly. Cellular iron overload can affect the genetic material, ribosomes, endoplasmic reticulum, Golgi apparatus, lysosomes, peroxisomes, mitochondria, centrosomes, endosome and cytoskeleton. The term iron overload cardiomyopathy (IOC) recently has been introduced to describe a secondary form of cardiomyopathy resulting from the accumulation of iron in the myocardium. Cardiac hemochromatosis (primary iron-overload cardiomyopathy) is an important and potentially preventable cause of heart failure. Cancer is a disease of iron-overloaded (iron-saturated, iron-rich) cells, the Father of Oncology explains. Cancer can be best defined as a type of mitochondrial metabolic disease, Otto Warburg postulated. Pathological overload of iron in the mitochondrial matrix has been observed in numerous diseases. Many neurodegenerative diseases are marked by mitochondrial impairment and brain iron accumulation. Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, Parkinson's, Alzheimer's and Huntington's disease occur as a result of iron-overloaded neurodegenerative processes. Such diseases are incurable, researchers say. Iron overload can be inherited or acquired; can be pre-latent or latent; can accelerate epilepsy and multiple sclerosis. Can HIV infection be treated successfully? HIV loves iron (researchers love money). Iron deficiency is the enemy of antibiotic-resistant bacteria, HIV, cancers and neurodegeneration. Direct intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency substances (ceramic needles) are needed when tumors/metastases cannot be removed with surgery (ceramic blades). The Bible contains important iron-deficiency instructions and laws that medical science has only recently come to understand. Want to live to 100? You must understand iron-deficiency ideas found in the Bible, the Father of Oncology says. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/196374 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/196284 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/196106 ; Will a Universal Cancer Vaccine Ever Be a Reality? Scientists conclude that the nanoparticle vaccine may potentially qualify as a universal vaccine for cancer immunotherapy. Scientists say they have made progress, but more breakthroughs are needed. The Father of Oncology concludes that scientists love money; cancers love iron. Genes involved in iron metabolism include different cancer genes (iron-overloaded genes) and anti-cancer genes (iron-deficiency genes). Unfortunately, our own immune system cannot recognize cancerous (iron-overloaded, iron-rich, iron-saturated) cells. The Father of Oncology says primary tumors always develop at body sites of excessive iron deposits; such deposits can be inherited or acquired. Cancerous tumors are made up of iron-overloaded cells growing in an anarchic fashion. Cancers occur when cellular iron overload chaotically affects cellular molecules and organelles (RNA, DNA, chromosomes, mitochondria, lysosomes, etc). Cancer is a disease of iron-overloaded (iron-saturated, iron-rich) cells. Millions of cancer patients are needlessly dying every year because scientific iron/cancer information is largely ignored. Direct intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency substances (ceramic needles) are needed when tumors/metastases cannot be removed with surgery (ceramic blades). Personalized iron-deficiency methods (special diets, blood donations) can neutralize micro-metastases in hospitalized patients. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/196106 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/196019 ; Cancers and Infections love Iron; Researchers and Scientists love Money. Researchers/scientists focused on macrophages, immune cells whose normal function is to combat infection. Unfortunately, cancer cannot be combated with reprogrammed macrophage cells because the immune system cannot recognize and kill tumor/cancerous cells (iron-overloaded cells, iron-rich cells, iron-saturated cells). Are you iron-deficiency winner or iron-overloaded loser? Human beings have iron-deficiency genes and iron-overloaded genes. Iron deficiency without anemia (a result of a reduced content of total body iron) has a prevalence of 2 to 5 percent in adult men and women around the World. It can cause fatigue; can affect your attention span, alertness and learning ability. It can also cause a decrease in appetite, depression, palpitations and vertigo. Pre-latent and latent iron-deficiency smokers (Churchill, Stalin, Mao, etc.) can successfully neutralize pre-cancerous and cancerous cells without the study that was financed with grants. Winston Churchill was the Lion who roared when the British Empire needed him most. Churchill’s eating, drinking and smoking habits (carcinogenic habits) were part of his persona, especially in later years, but Churchill’s iron-deficiency genes and iron-deficiency health problems neutralized pre-cancerous cells and infections. Winston Churchill reached the ripe old age of 90. Pre-latent and latent iron-deficiency HIV-infected patients (iron-deficiency winners) can live long and productive lives. An ALS patient's life expectancy averages just 2 to 5 years after diagnosis. How Stephen Hawking, diagnosed with ALS decades ago, is still alive? Iron deficiency (a condition resulting from too little iron in the body) can stop the progression of ALS. Infections are a major cause of mortality in solid organ transplant (SOT) recipients. Iron overload causes rapid growth of viruses, bacteria, fungi and parasites. Decisions to begin treatment with iron chelation (or treatment of latent iron overload using phlebotomy) require clinical judgment since both the prognosis of the underlying disease (cancer, ALS, HIV, antibiotic-resistant infection) and the potential benefit of iron-deficiency method must be taken into account. Direct intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency substances (ceramic needles) are needed when tumors/metastases cannot be removed with surgery (ceramic blades), the Father of Oncology says. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/195828 ; MRC Cancer Unit and Father of Oncology (Vadim Shapoval). Researchers from the Medical Research Council Cancer Unit at Cambridge University found that epigenetic changes resulted in the expression of genes that initiated epithelial to mesenchymal transition. This is the process whereby normal cells become cancerous and metastasise, spreading around the body, researchers explain. Under a microscope cancerous cells (iron-overloaded cells, iron-rich cells, iron-saturated cells) may look very different from normal cells, the Father of Oncology explains. Cancerous cells are often abnormally shaped and the control center of the cell (the nucleus) may have an abnormal appearance. Precancerous cells (also called premalignant cells) are defined as abnormal cells that could turn into cancerous cells, but iron-deficiency processes can neutralize precancerous cells and cancerous cells. Sometimes people inherit iron-overloaded genes from their parents that mean they have an increased risk of cancer. Iron-deficiency genes are anticancer genes. Iron-deficiency disorders are anticancer disorders. Iron overload indicates accumulation of iron in the body from any cause. For example, African iron overload results from a diet high in iron. It is particularly associated with consumption of a traditional African beer that contains dissolved iron from the metal drums in which it is brewed. The human body does not have the ability to purposefully remove or excrete excess iron (but menstruation and childbirth are significant sources of iron loss for women). Once the body’s maximum iron storage capacity is reached, iron begins to build up in different parts of the body, leading to local/regional iron overload (leading to precancerous tumors). Antibiotic-resistant bacterial infection may be one of the consequences of iron overload. Cancers and infections love iron. Cancer, ALS and HIV can cause paradoxical alterations in iron metabolism (iron-deficiency anemia caused by a lack of iron + abnormal iron deposits in organs). Spontaneous tumor regression is iron-deficiency phenomenon that has been observed for hundreds of years. Iron-deficiency view explains why HIV-positive people can and sometimes do spontaneously revert to HIV-negative. Researchers from the MRC Cancer Unit at Cambridge University can beat cancer. For decades, researchers focused on surgery, chemotherapy and radiation as common treatment. Direct intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency substances (ceramic needles) are needed when tumors/metastases cannot be removed with surgery (ceramic blades), the Father of Oncology explains. Of course, personalized iron-deficiency methods (special diets, blood donations) can neutralize micro-metastases in hospitalized patients. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/198138 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/197932 ; Obesity-Related Cancers, Iron Metabolism and Father of Oncology (Vadim Shapoval). Being overweight or obese is clearly linked with an increased risk of many cancers. But the links between body weight and cancer are complex and are not yet fully understood, researchers and scientists say. The timing of weight gain might affect cancer risk. Experimental and clinical studies indicate that there is a relationship between iron metabolism and weight status. Iron deficiency is significantly more prevalent among obese individuals compared to non-obese ones. Obesity is characterized by a progressive increase in total body iron stores with abnormal iron deposition in tissues and organs. Abnormal iron deposits in obese individuals create iron deficiency in obese individuals (blood tests or laboratory tests indicate iron deficiency). Cancer can cause paradoxical alterations in iron metabolism with the co-existence of iron-deficiency anemia alongside iron deposits suggestive of iron overload. Iron-deficient obese subjects have abnormal iron deposits in tissues and organs. The risk of cancer related to obesity is accelerated by time because the risk of abnormal iron metabolism is accelerated by time. Cancers and infections love iron; researchers and scientists love money, the Father of Oncology says. Iron is one of the most important nonorganic substances that make life possible. The normal iron content of the body is three to four grams. 60% of body iron is associated with hemoglobin in circulating red blood cells. Theory: the total amount of iron in the body is carefully controlled. Reality: primary tumors always develop at body sites of excessive iron deposits; such deposits can be inherited or acquired. Direct intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency substances (ceramic needles) are needed when tumors/metastases cannot be removed with surgery (ceramic blades). Personalized iron-deficiency methods (special diets, blood donations) can neutralize micro-metastases in obese patients with cancer. Anticancer self-medication could lead to medical complications. As the body becomes more deficient in iron, some symptoms intensify. Iron deficiency symptoms may include: dizziness or lightheadedness, cold hands and feet, shortness of breath and fast heartbeat. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/197725 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/196824 ; Deadly Brain Tumors and Father of Oncology. Scientists are not exactly clear how cancerous cells invade the brain in patients with glioblastomas. Targetting a protein called ephrin-B2 has two effects; it halts the division of cancerous cells, and stops them spreading? Aggressive surgery followed by radiation therapy and chemotherapy offers hope of survival for some patients with glioblastoma, but this is a disease with a terrible prognosis because researchers love money (cancerous cells love iron). Cancer begins when iron-overloaded cells in a part of the body start to grow out of control. Primary brain tumors are tumors that form from iron-overloaded cells within the brain. There are over 120 different types of brain tumors, but they all consist of a collection of iron-overloaded cells, the Father of Oncology says. Vehicles are designed to hold a certain amount of weight. Plant cells, animal cells and human cells are designed to hold a certain amount of iron. Can plants get cancer? Can animals get cancer? Can humans get cancer? Cancer is a disease of iron-overloaded (iron-saturated, iron-rich) cells. How can genes cause cancer? About 5% of brain tumors may be linked to genetic iron-overloaded factors. Some people have an increased risk of particular types of cancer because they have inherited iron-overloaded genes (we each have about 25,000 genes). People who have a college education, a professional career or a big paycheck may be more likely to be diagnosed with a brain tumor. Your thoughts (and eating red meat) can fuel brain tumors. Winston Churchill had iron-deficiency genes (anticancer genes) and iron-deficiency health problems. Despite his penchant for food, liquor and cigars, Winston Churchill reached the ripe old age of 90. Direct intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency substances (ceramic needles) are needed when brain tumors/metastases cannot be removed with surgery (ceramic blades). Personalized iron-deficiency methods (special diets, blood donations) can neutralize micro-metastases in hospitalized patients. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/196626 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/196374 ; CXCR2, Pancreatic Cancer, Iron Overload and Deuterium-Tritium Thermonuclear Fuel. For pancreatic cancer, survival remains pitifully low - the vast majority of patients do not live more than 5 years after diagnosis because researchers from institutes cannot understand that pancreatic cancer develops and metastasizes as a result of the abnormal accumulation of iron in the pancreas from any cause. Pancreatic cancer is a disease caused by iron-related genes (genes involved in iron metabolism) and iron-related events (when excessive iron accumulates within cells in the pancreas). Accumulation of iron in the pancreas can interfere with insulin production and cause diabetes mellitus. The human body has no active mechanism for the excretion of iron. No one knows just how much stored iron is necessary to cause cancer. People with hemochromatosis are not the only ones who may accumulate more iron in the pancreas than is healthy. Most adult men and postmenopausal women tend to be at a high risk, as they don't have a monthly blood loss. Another common cause of iron overload in the pancreas is the regular consumption of alcohol, which will increase the absorption of any iron in diet. Other potential causes of iron overload include: cooking in iron pots or pans; eating processed food products that are fortified with iron; eating red meat. Hepatitis C and hepatitis B virus (HCV/HBV) infection is significantly associated with higher serum levels of ferritin and pancreatic cancer risk. Infections just love people or animals with iron overload. A protein called CXCR2 acts as a guard for the tumor, controlling how the immune system responds to pancreatic cancer? Many researchers/scientists want to believe that they have uncovered new truths, or at least notable results on a long-standing problem. Local/regional iron overload in the pancreas (pancreatic cancer) is fatal if inadequately treated. In the future, depending on the type and stage of the cancer and other factors, treatment options for people with pancreatic cancer will include: surgery (ceramic blades), direct intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency substances (ceramic needles) and personalized iron-deficiency methods (special diets, blood donations). ALS, or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, is a form of cancer that affects iron-overloaded nerve cells. Personalized iron-deficiency methods can neutralize micro-metastases, HIV, antibiotic-resistant bacteria and ALS. Baba Vanga, the Greatest Bulgarian Prophetess, was able to see scenes from the past and future. A day will come and cancer will be chained in irons; AIDS will be chained in irons; a new energy source will be created (little suns will give electricity in wires); people will extract helium-3 from the lunar soil; oil extraction will stop; mother Earth will rest; cars and trains will fly; religions will unite; Bulgaria is part of the Russian Empire-2025. Most of Vanga's prophecies are scary; some of them look like Russian propaganda, but all together, they should be given attention. Research into developing controlled thermonuclear fusion began in 1950s, and it continues to this day. Thermonuclear Sun (TS) will live in granite quarry. Nuclear artillery will initiate the work of the TS. Special artillery (located on the perimeter of granite quarry) will give (synchronously) deuterium-tritium thermonuclear fuel (deuterium, tritium, lithium deuteride, lunar helium-3) for TSs, Vadim Shapoval says http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/196284 ; TSRI Scientists, Aggressive Cancers and Father of Oncology. How aggressive your cancer is will be one factor that determines your choice of treatment. Cancer begins when iron-overloaded cells in a part of the body start to grow out of control. TSRI scientists discover mechanism that turns mutant cells into aggressive cancers. The Father of Oncology discovers that cancers love iron; scientists/researchers love money. There is increasing evidence that in cells, DNA undergoes continuous damage, repair and re-synthesis. In normal cells, most DNA damage is repaired without error. However, in cancerous cells (in iron-overloaded cells) this equilibrium may be skewed, resulting in the accumulation of multiple mutations. In molecular biology, the word intracellular means inside the cell. Intracellular iron overload causes multiple mutations and chromosomal catastrophes. Genetic instability is manifested by extensive heterogeneity of iron-overloaded cells within each tumor. All humans and animals are born with cancer genes (iron-overloaded genes) and anticancer genes (iron-deficiency genes). Primary tumors always develop at body sites of excessive iron deposits. Such deposits can be inherited or acquired. Cancers may be classified by their primary site of origin or by their histological or tissue types, but all cancers (HIV/AIDS-related cancer; heart cancer; eye cancer; etc) begin in iron-overloaded (iron-saturated, iron-rich) cells. Cancer has one name in the Bible: the firstborn of death. Cancer is a serious illness that can be fatal if not treated correctly. An aggressive treatment for an aggressive cancer: direct intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency substances (ceramic needles) are needed when tumors/metastases cannot be removed with surgery (ceramic blades). Personalized iron-deficiency methods (special diets, blood donations) can neutralize micro-metastases in hospitalized patients. Cancer (the firstborn of death; a disease of iron-overloaded cells) kills over 20 thousand people a day because scientific iron/cancer information is ignored and distorted. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/196019 ; Iron-Deficiency Therapy against Brain Cancer. Gene therapy might provide hope in the fight against glioblastoma, for which surgery is practically impossible and chemo- and radiotherapy are ineffective against very aggressive recurrences? Cancer is a disease that starts in our iron-overloaded cells. Glioblastomas (GBM) are tumors that arise from iron-overloaded astrocytes. Glioblastoma can be difficult to treat because researchers love money, the Father of Oncology explains. All humans and animals are born with cancer genes (iron-overloaded genes) and anticancer genes (iron-deficiency genes). Primary tumors always develop at body sites of excessive iron deposits. Such deposits can be inherited or acquired. Cancer loves iron. Iron-overloaded cells typify cancer. When GBM returns after surgery, chemotherapy, radiotherapy or/and gene therapy, it's known as recurrent GBM. GBM cannot return after iron-deficiency therapy. Direct intratumoral injections of iron-deficiency substances (ceramic needles) are needed when brain tumors/metastases cannot be removed with surgery (ceramic blades). Personalized iron-deficiency methods (special diets, blood donations) can neutralize micro-metastases in hospitalized patients. http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/195743 ; http://www.medicalnewstoday.com/opinions/195707 ;
