- I lost connection a month ago from NADA cyclone, service is not restored yet. They keep on extending the dead line24w
- I have opted for new connection in You Broadband and i have paid money for 3 months. nearly 10 days After paying they said there is no feasibility for connection and i placed a request for cancellation of connection. that around December 1st week. Till now i haven't received refund amount and no communication as well regarding that .
I Have given complaint regarding this multiple times and from past 4 days when i call costumer care they say our executive will get back to you in 4 hours and i don`t see any response from anyone. I am not getting my money back and i am spending my time and money . worst service i have seen till now23w

I have been using You broadband from last one year, the Main router box has been installed in my home and I have been paying power supply charges for it.
You have promised two months subscription will be extended for the power supply charges I have been paying.
Whenever I called customer care ,you said within one month before expiry it will be extended,But within this last month I have called more than 6times for the same request.
Everytime same response as someone else would call me for the same ,but none from youbroadband has ever called.
The Box facility is being used from two more connections beside mine,people can enjoy your internet connection at my cost and you being failed at giving the benefit you have promised and failed to deliver the proper customer service,shows how reckless and pathetic in providing customer service.
Not only me,now even my tenant who is using you broadband going to end your service as you are fast at sales and dead while called for service.
If I find no required action was taken ie two months extension my account ,consider me and my tenant both going to end your service and also you will be disappointed when I share about you broadband on multiple social platforms(facebook : colony pages) so people in beside and my colonies know the level of cheating you people will do

Requesting you all don't go for this connection, totally worst internet. Which i was having new connection from 30th march, till date didn't used due to internet issue. From the day one complaint logging but this team unable to resolve a small issue at all. Even customer response also poor.
