Introduction
I'm armed to the teeth with Real Estate Technology and when it comes to negotiating on behalf of my clients, I'm a tenacious little pit bull!
 
I provide my clients with access to several non-MLS databases full of both listings and potential buyers.  Many Sellers are not listed on the MLS for various reasons that sometimes have to do with the MLS rules.  I leave no stone unturned in assisting my clients with the sale of their home or their search for their new home.  If you want in on the "Shadow Inventory" of secret listings, give me a call! 
 
In these trying times, I help both Buyers and Sellers by specialzing in the somewhat confusing and often challenging realm of Lender Mediated Sales.  I know my way around short sales, foreclosures, and bank owned REO properties because I perform professional services such as Broker Price Opinions (BPOs) for lenders, corporations, and banks in the Minneapolis and Saint Paul metro area.

As an REO Agent, I also represent Asset Management Firms and Lenders who assigned their foreclosures and corporate properties in advance so I have access to a huge number of homes that are not quite ready for the public market for a variety of reasons that are associated with the foreclosure process.  In other words, I know about foreclosures that are coming on the market before they are actually listed on the MLS!

When you have questions about any property, I encourage you to email or call me to better qualify those properties for you, even if the property is not currently listed for sale, but is clearly vacant.   About 50% of today's sales involve a lender mediated situation and that's what I am specializing in!
