Picked up lunch for the whole office. Staff was very friendly. Order was prepared quickly. Suggest getting their cheeseburger one of the BEST burgers in town. Definitely coming back again.

The food was great, but the waitress was extremely rude. Any small request was met with a snarky remark. Seriously, that ruined my experience. Also, putting French fries in the fryer with your bare hands and moving them around with your bare hands in the French fry bags? Disgusting! She would do better at Walmart...

This is a really cool funky little joint. When you order your root beer, make sure you order the large one. if you're they yuppie type expecting linens on your table, this place is not for you. Very unpretentious, it is what it is. Old route 66 is alive and well here.

I enjoyed the place and the food. A step back in time. Limited seating, be willing to chat with other's waiting to dine.

Very disappointed, can't believe the reviews it got on TV. Rootbeer was too sweet, hamburgers too small. 3.00 for a dryed up hamberger.

One of the most consummate, classic diners in st.louis. Get a burger and anything with Root Beer. It's diner. It's classic. If you want a 7 course meal you'll hate it here, at the crossroads of friendly and shrewd. I'll see the 99% of the rest of you at the crowded entrance.

You're paying for the Route 66 ambience, certainly not the food. It tasted okay, but I'm hungry after eating my tiny burger. The owner is the cook and he did not allow photos of the burger making process. The waitress was short with her words... Cook chatted with us a bit when he was done cooking. Told us about the restaurant and Route 66 history. Two adults and two kids ate four hamburgers and one order of onion rings. Cost was $14.25 plus tip.
