QUESTION:
We have some abandoned pipes to fill. What do you suggest?
ANSWER:
We have several ways but the most economical way is with cellular concrete. It is lightweight, as strong as compacted native soil or stronger and less strength than normal concrete. The material is almost self leveling so you can get a solid fill of a pipe with a properly installed vent. We have done several abandoned pipes and tanks saving owners millions if they had to remove and dispose of the tanks and pipes. Thanks for your question.

QUESTION:
We have a freight terminal with a problem of asphalt dishing out under the rear tires from the hot days. How would you suggest we repair this problem.
ANSWER:
Thanks for the question: We would recommend saw cutting the deformed asphalt and removing it. Replace it with Rapid Set Concrete at least 6" thick and your down time will be minimized. It also works under the legs when they are lowered. Please give us a call if you need a contractor referral or have other questions.

QUESTION:
I own a winery with lots of forklift traffic that runs 24 hrs a day, 6 days a week. We have repairs in the floor slab that will need 7-8 cubic yards of concrete. Can you provide a concrete that will minimize our down time?
ANSWER:
Thanks for your question. Yes we can help with a product we would produce on your site called Rapid Set Concrete. We can pump it to the needed repairs, wheelbarrow the concrete, or tailgate it if the area is accessible to our machines. The great news is you can have the floor back for your use in 1.5 hours max from the time of the pour or sooner if needed. We work at night, if needed. We will also train your concrete crew  to work with Rapid Set Concrete. We can also refer you a contractor to perform the work as well. Thanks again for the question.
