But you can do it - even easier - without JSON....

Just pass in two arrays in your PL/SQL process (eg. as f10 and f11): one with Product ID and one with Available, and loop through them in your PL/SQL using the apex_application.g_f10 (and 11) arrays.
No need to pack and unpack JSON. 
However, if the number of items/columns you would like to pass through grows, JSON makes more and more sense ;-)
