The wait staff was always around. Cold and crunchy yes was the salad. Sausage was just the right amount. Bread is warm and tasteful as always. lunch was almost too much to finish. Portions are great size, never leaves you hungry. Cant wait to visit again.

My fiance and I went here last night and it was a mistake. We sat at the bar and were served by a woman who complained non stop to all of her fellow employees about everything under the sun. That said, her fellow employees were not much better. At any given time, there were about five of the waitstaff standing at one end of the bar talking way too loud about everything from general staff gossip to what happened on Real Housewives and their opinions of how the new season is progressing. I don't care where you are eating, staff conversations should never be the loudest thing happening around you...for 45 minutes straight. For whatever reason, our bartender (Ms. Sunshine) is counted on serving drinks to families sitting at tables in the bar area. How this makes sense is beyond me as she had to walk by three waitresses who seemingly had nothing to do and would stand idle at the end of the bar as she walked by with drinks. Meanwhile, we sat unattended at the bar waiting for new drinks or plates to be cleared. The food is what it is. We had the bruschetta which has clearly changed since last we had it. It is swimming in olive oil and sits in a mountainous pile of diced tomatoes. The taste was off and this reimagining of a classic lacks in execution. I had the Rigatoni Abruzzi which I remembered enjoying a few years back last time I ordered it. I did not enjoy it this time. Too many peppers. Not enough sausage. Oh well. My fiance had the spaghetti with bolognese sauce. I tasted it. It wasn't bad and it wasn't great. I found the price to be about 5-10 percent more than what I feel like it was worth. But I suppose you are never going to feel like you get your money's worth when you are subjected to the non-stop sound of gossiping waitstaff crowded just steps away from where you are eating your meal. That said, I still tipped 19% because I cannot bring myself to leave a garbage tip. All in all, there is inefficiency rampant at this place and better management would fix most of what is wrong. I know that for us, it is our last trip to Bertucci's.

We wanted to have a wedding rehearsal dinner here. I made, what I thought was, a reservation several months in advance. I called a couple weeks prior to the event to confirm and they told me they don't take reservations. They do "call ahead seating". I was told my party may have to wait for 30-60 minutes to be seated. I felt the manager was really unprofessional. We are TRYING bring business to them and tips for his servers but he gives me nothing but a hard time. If they can't handle our party, just tell us, instead of giving us the run around two weeks before. We were left to scramble for another location, so we didn't even get to try their food.

So far not that great. Five small plates came out with with the bread...all the plates were wet and dirty.

A few of us came into Bertuccis for dinner this past Sunday evening and had the WORST service of our lives! The waitress was rude, intrusive and inattentive! She picked on my pronunciation of the Italian entree, claiming she couldn't understand me, and rudely asking if i have a learning disability!!!! We waited 45+ minutes to get our drinks alone! The pasta wasnt even close to being done... crunchy a cold. Yuck. But the WORST part of it all was the bulling behavior of the dike manager!!! "I TOOK THAT SHIT OFF YOUR BILL! NOW YOU BETTER HAVE HOOKED MY GIRL UP ON THE TIP" We we're absolutely shocked! Will NEVER go back there again!!!

Amazing food, great atmosphere, waitress are always nice, friendly, and well informed of any specials or promotions that are going on that day. Everything is always fresh and clean. And a 5-10 minute wait, is nothing when your getting great food at a reasonable price. Way better then Ghetto Garden (Olive Garden).

This used to be my favorite local restaurant but not any more. Riggatoni Abruzzi was my favorite but lately they give you mostly pasta and the sauce has very little sausage with no kick to it. They still have great pizza so I'll be sticking to that.

Bertucci's hasn't shared anything with you.

People are more likely to share with you if you add them to your circles.
