Was seated pretty quickly, waiter took a while to come and take our order. When my parents drinks arrived she accidentally spilled a little bit on our table, said party foul and left w/out saying offering a towel or saying sorry. Food took 30 min to arrive. Sister ordered Fish and Chips, certain pieces of fish were cold and others were hot. Pizza was meh. Wouldn't come back and wouldn't recommend friends to come to this location. Would give half a star if there was a option.

I have been there once before and enjoyed it, but today was not the best. For starters, the waiters took forever to get anything. It took 25 minutes to get our waters AFTER we ordered. Second off, a couple of people in our party ordered the skirt steak and while we were told they didn't have the potato wedges, we were assured that the french fries would be a good substitute. The food arrived, after 45 minutes, and the steaks AND the fries that went with them were cold. They had the feeling that they had been under heated lamp for awhile. And our pizza, which was a simple pepperoni pizza, was not nearly as hot as the cheesy bread that we ordered for an appetizer. The waiter came by and asked how it was. it solicited a "alright and a 'ehhh' ". After probing, he said "sorry about that" and got very defensive. He brought the manager. The manager came by and started explaining that we got the last two steaks, which had no relevance, and then said he would comp us the cost of the steaks. The long wait time for everything, the cold food.... Come on guys, get this stuff right.

Rating is not for food, drinks, or servers. I had just gotten coffee and the manager would not allow us in with outside drink. A small thing, but he was rude and stated it was state regulation, which i believe is a lie. If it's true, no one else cares, so grow a pair dude and take my money next time.

We got there Saturday night, they were busy, it was gonna be a 20 minute wait for a table, but they said we could check out the bar, there was a booth open, our server was great, he told us the kitchen was really busy, but he got our orders and our food really fast, I was so impressed, and the pizza was soooo good, the names of the pizzas were also very cool, Flirtin' with Disaster and Crazy Train were the names of the 2 pizzas we tried. The décor is really cool too, the look of a brick building crumbling with steel girders exposed and in the other room a stage truss setup like stage lighting. This is a must see place, I highly recommend The Rock, Wood Fired Kitchen !!!

Ordered delivery pizza from this place to a hotel less than 3 miles away and less than 10 minutes away. We were told it would be 30 minutes and after 45 minutes we were told the driver couldn't find us. They called several times for the address and location of the hotel, and we gave it to them each time. Then after an hour we called to talk to a manager about the situation, because by this point the pizza would be cold, after arguing for a bit with the manager put us on hold for over 20 minutes. Finally the delivery guy came with the pizza which at this point we felt bad for the delivery guy. After an hour and a half of wait time, one hour over the time they told us, we were refusing to pay.... But we took the pizza anyway and it was actually good but the nightmare of a service is hard to ignore. What manager of a respectable business puts a customer on hold for over 20 minutes.

We had lunch on 3/1/2015 to celebrate my son's friends 6th birthday. Our service was extremely slow, we waited at least an hour for our appetizers and at least another half hour for our food. They where not busy.... Our appetizer dishes and baskets where not cleared until after we had eaten appetizers and lunch. We had asked our server to split our bill before we ordered, he forgot what went where asked to be reminded and still messed it up. Between the three tickets we easily spent well over $100.00. The food quality was nothing to excited over. I was very disappointed. The only good thing is that the birthday boy had a great time.

Average. Pizza is expensive, not all that great with few toppings, and small. Fries are 'meh'. Burgers are mostly bread even with OK patty. Service was good. Clean.
