Come out and meet the rabbits of Hoppy Hearts Rabbit Rescue. If you want to learn more about rabbit care or what it's like to have your own pet rabbit, pop on by PetValu (Eastwood) 1920 Dundas St. London, ON and meet our team. We'll have some of our rabbits for you to meet and information about adoption, our foster program and rabbits in general. Even if rabbits aren't the pet for you feel free to stop on by for a chat and to make a donation or sponsor one of our rabbits for a spay/neuter. We take donations of all kinds so if you've got something rabbit related like an old cage laying around, why not donate it to a bunny in need, we can always use the help. We look forward to seeing you!

Dion is presenting some symptoms similar to EC, so he is on route to Campus Estates Animal Hospital in style via our friends at Pet to the Vet Ambulance Service. Normally we don't rush vet trips for EC symptoms, but due to health complications with Dion's relatives who are with Tiny Paws Small Animal Rescue and Little Friends Rescue, we decided not to take any chances. We will provide an update on him this evening. Donate via www.gofundme.com/DionsBigDay or through our website.

Hoppy Hearts Rabbit Rescue is a Non-Profit, domestic rabbit rescue, that was founded February 2014. We serve London, Ontario and surrounding communities. We do not have a shelter, so all of our rabbits are cared for in loving foster homes.

Thank you so much to the volunteers who helped this afternoon. We caught this little bun and from what I can see, it looks to be a female. We surrounded her with xpens and closed in. Once caught she was a bit shocked but then relaxed. Hopefully understanding that her ordeal is over and she's safe.

We'll post more updates once a full assessment has been done and they've been vet checked. In the mean time, please share our go fund me so we can get these rabbits the care they deserve.

Patch has had a very successful appointment and us feeling pretty great. The vet felt he might have had something in the ear causing irritation that was working its way out. He got it nicely cleaned and was given Metacam for pain and antibiotics in case of infection. He and Blossom were both given Revolution on the chance that there were more very deep down that couldn't be found. But Blossom had beautifully clean ears and Patch's other ear was unaffected so its unlikely they have ear mites. We got there bill and are posting a photo and have changed our fundraising goal to match.
