Improve Your Sleep
Sleep is one of the great mysteries of life. Like gravity or the quantum field, we still don’t understand exactly why we sleep — although we are learning more about it every day.
We do know, however, that good sleep is one of the cornerstones of health.
What To Do Before Bed:
CONSIDER YOUR BED AND MATTRESS
Your mattress should support your neck, back, shoulders and feet to enable you to relax properly. Discomfort from pressure points can lead to tossing and turning which will disturb your sleep.
View more on pressure relieving mattresses we have to offer.
SLOW DOWN BEFORE BEDTIME
Get in the mood for sleeping by turning off bright lights and loud sounds, and by reading, or listening to soft music. Perhaps do some relaxing yoga. Avoid exercise which will increase your pulse rate, as this will make you more awake.
MAKE SURE YOU'RE NOT HUNGRY BEFORE BED
A hungry body will not let you relax. Have a banana or a slice of bread if you feel hungry at bedtime. Don’t take a large meal!
WRITE DOWN YOUR STRESSES
Don’t bring stress factors to bed. If your head is filled with things to do, get a piece of paper and write it down in order to clear your thoughts.
GET OUR OF BED IF YOU FEEL AWAKE
Don’t stay in bed if you cannot sleep. Instead, drink some warm milk or have a hot bath. It will increase your body temperature and therefore make it easier to relax and fall asleep.

MEMORY FOAM
The sleep industry over the past decade has been revolutionized by the remarkable properties of memory foam.

Memory Foam has a long history, dating back all the way to the 1960's when it was first developed by NASA for use in their space programs. This technology was eventually released to the public decades later and it's amazing use for sleep and other supportive products has been discovered.

Memory Foam is temperature sensitive foam and therefore responds to body temperature by moulding itself to the shape of the body. Whereas other foam types and sleeping surfaces resist pressure and thereby create pressure points on the body, memory foam absorbs the pressure and gives relief from pressure points, whilst always maintaining blood circulation.

For this reason, memory foam is now the fastest growing segment in the mattress and bedding industry, and is recommended by thousands of healthcare practitioners worldwide. Memory foam products are all manufactured from the latest generation foams to provide the ultimate sleeping experience.

Main features & benefits:
- Pressure point relief
- Motion separation
- Temperature sensitive foam molds to body shape
- Hypo-allergenic and dust mite resistant

MATTRESS BODY MAPPING
Our mattress mapping system is the first of it's kind in Africa and is designed to allow us to measure pressure distribution and magnitude between your body's sleeping surface.

We capture data from a series of sensor points propagated across your body surface and assimilates the data into our computer providing you with colorized pressure maps and detailed statistical reports. We
measure both pressure and temperature distribution.

By mapping your body we can calculate precisely how your body lies when you sleep at night. We take all the captured data and manufacture a customised memory foam mattress for you / both of you. We can also measure your partners body position and make one mattress for both of you to sleep on.
